  Our tour was exceptional from start to finish. Because of fortunate timing, we had a tour for just the three of us during the busy tourist season. We had the undivided attention of each of our wonderful guides who gave us their unique perspective on parts of this beautiful country and its culture. Every day was a different adventure, mixing history, culture, and modern life in just the right balance. And we absolutely loved the food, from historic ginseng chicken soup to lunch at the fish market and all of the tasty choices from markets and street stalls.Show more

  The South Korea tour exceeded my expectations. The hotels were very good. We ended up with four passengers so we had a private tour practically all the guides were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Tweet was so good. I’m already looking at future travel and have booked one again.Show more

  We’re seasoned world travelers, and this tour ranks among the very best. Everything was exceptionally well organized and ran seamlessly from start to finish. Our three guides—Minho, Angelo, and Yong—were outstanding: knowledgeable, flexible, and genuinely attentive throughout. The itinerary was interesting with major sights included, the restaurants were good, and the cherry blossoms in full bloom made the experience even more special. We’re especially grateful that Tweet World Travel moved forward with the tour despite last-minute cancellations—it truly made for an unforgettable trip. The only minor criticism was of the Lahan Select Gyeongju which did not seem to be of 4-star quality. Based on this trip, I would highly recommend Tweet World Travel.Show more

  Just completed a Luxury Korea tour. Our main driver/tour guide (all in one to save money) was a huge issue; drove twice the speed limit, almost fell asleep multiple times while driving, drove us to places but barely spoke and did not explain, and WORST OF ALL, insisted on dinning with us “family style” eating from the same plates (disgusting). When an issue came up due to weather, they tried to strand us in an airport. The local tour operator pushed the responsibility onto TourRadar, and they pushed it on him! We ended up paying for an expensive hotel and taxis out of pocket. Would NOT recommend this tour co anywhere!Show more

The driver-cum-guide arrangement was provided as part of your confirmed itinerary in line with the provided budget and was communicated at the time of booking. The assigned guide was selected for their destination knowledge and operational experience. We have noted your comments regarding the tour guide conduct and will review them seriously in line with our standards. Regarding dining, this is typically can be adjusted during the trip when preferences are communicated to the guide or our operations team. For the Jeju sector, the flight to Jeju was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. Our guide remained with you at the airport, assisted with liaising with the airlines on alternative options and obtaining a refund. We also cover an additional night stay in Busan. You later decided to return to Seoul instead of continuing with the Jeju itinerary, and any costs related to that change were therefore at your own expense. We remain available to provide supporting documentation should you require assistance with an insurance claim relating to the cancelled Jeju arrangements.   The whole trip was extremely well organised from start to finish. Could not fault anything with regards to the guides we had, cars were very comfortable and clean. Hotel standard and location in Seoul was great. The hotel in Jeju was in a great location as well but the interior was a bit dated to be rated as a four star accommodation. The guides were great in introducing us to different foods of the regions and we classified this trip as a sightseeing and culinary tour. We would highly recommend anyone to do this private tour for two.Show more
