Is there any age limit in this tour? Also i see you offer single supplement on this tour. If i will avail that supplement. Will ill be getting my on tent on the camping. Bec i was reading the accomodation area. Most of the stay are camping, how many day will i have solo tent if ever?

There is no upper age limit on this tour, though the minimum age is 15 years. A single supplement is available if you'd prefer not to share accommodation, and this is subject to availability. Please note that the supplement excludes: Days 7–9 in Swakopmund (chalet stay) Days 16–17 in the Okavango Delta (camping). On these nights you will be in shared accommodation. For the rest of the trip, you would have your own room or tent.

Can I upgrade my accommodation?

Room upgrades are possible at some stops depending on availability, typically ranging from USD 60 to USD 120 per room per night. It is advised to view the room before purchasing.

Are meals included in the tour price?

Breakfast, dinner, and most lunches are included during the camping days. For meals not included, a reasonable budget would be between USD 10 to USD 25 per meal depending on the type of meal.

Is visa assistance provided?

Are the vehicles air-conditioned?

A wide variety of activities. Good journeys although some were long but transport was reasonable. Both chef and driver were excellent. A special mention is reserved for the Chef who day after day produced good meals. Our guide was good and ran an effective trip which visited all the sites stated. It would have been helpful if maps could have been provide for the larger camp sites as it was vey disorientating and on 2 occasions I had to be rescued by other campers who had been provided with maps. Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 17th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 17th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
