What is the cost for adding arrival and departure transfers?

What I'm asking is.. If I book an Intrepid Tour via TourRadar and pay the deposit there. I still have an outstanding balance to settle before the tour starts. Obviously I have £200 in credit with Intrepid, so cant I just use this credit to pay off some of the outstanding balance that I will still owe?

I understand your concern, but unfortunately any Intrepid booking credit cannot be combined with Tour radar bookings. Your credit of GBP 200 in booking 6803771 can only be used as a deposit for a future direct booking with Intrepid only- this cannot be used as a partial payment for Intrepid trips or tour radar tour.

Is this tour still available to start on the 4th October? My son is currently in Peru and needs to make a quick decision on his next travel steps. He is very keen to join this tour.

I would add an extra day in San Ignacio (Belize), especially for those interested in exploring Mayan ruins, and I think it would be interesting if we had the option to start the tour in this country instead of Mexico. I liked Intrepid's approach to reducing ecological impacts and also offering a homestay in Guatemala, contributing to the development of a local community and helping us have a more immersive experience in the country.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 14th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 14th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Intrepid Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Intrepid Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
