The flight from Zanzibar and then to Ruaha National Park - the whole journey was very well organized. The guide's description and experience have made every moment of the jungle come alive for all of us. Lions, elephants, kudu - so many animals seen from close quarters for the first time in life! Our tour starts with a flight from Zanzibar, where we see many wild animals, including elephants, lions, and giraffes. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Accommodation was comfortable and quiet. This tour is suitable for travelers of any age - I would definitely recommend!Show more

Asked on August 10th, 2023I am getting married in Dar Es Salaam in August 2025. We got engaged in Mdonya Old River camp and are looking to return and bring the family after the wedding. I was wondering if there were any group/honeymoon discounts available as there will be 10-12 people coming with us on safari.

If you opt to travel by road, the cost for the group will be as below. 3 days/2 nights - US$11,840. 4 days/3 nights - US$17,470. Please note its 10 hours journey from Dar es salaam to Ruaha by mini coaster bus (25 passengers). I hope it won't affect your timetable.

Children will be charged for flight tickets and park entry fee only. Accommodation and meals will be free since they will be sharing with adults. We can offer a group discount based on the number of people traveling.

Am sorry we don't have day trip to Ruaha National Park. Alternatively we have day trip to Nyerere (Selous) National Park and Mikumi National Park.
