  The experience with Europamundo was excellent. All schedules, transfers and optional visits were fulfilled in a timely, responsible and punctual manner. Our guide Sonia, who accompanied us from Madrid until the end of the circuit, deserves an excellence award. From the very first day her work was impeccable — orderly, pleasant and professional. Knowledgeable about history, art, geography, gastronomy and general culture, she transmitted knowledge in an exceptional way, ensuring that the 750 km of distance traveled between cities didn't create fatigue. Her dynamism, anecdotes, films and music tailored to each city kept everyone's attention. I will never forget the intensive language classes she prepared for us for France and Italy. For all this and more, I will always remember her as my Europamundo 'teacher.' Merci Sonia. Thank you Europamundo — we are already planning our next vacation.Show more

  1. The bus was comfortable but lacked WiFi and USB and power charging. It is very inconvenient to not have to charge available on the bus. 2. All the hotels were satisfactory, with the one in Spain being the best of our stay. 3. The tour was well organized with enough time at the attractions. 4. The boat ride was not necessary, since there was nothing to do on the 2 hr cruise, and no lunch was included although it was lunch time. Just the city tour or free time would have been better. Overall, liked the timeliness and the information provided by the guides. It was a perfect combination of free time given to explore and guided trips.Show more

  Most liked: 1. Tour guides - shout out and kudos to Eric and Eva; well done They’re both knowledgeable and with sense of humour. Looking forward to have our next trips with them. 2. Itineraries- loved when “not so famous places” from our perspective. 3. Chosen Hotels were also good and nice. 4. Giving us other options when uncontrollable events happened like the crazy wind in Grindlewald and in Swiss Alps. Our safety comes first in lieu of the original planned itinerary. Eric handled it well despite of pressures received from other guests. 5. Duration of the actual daily tour were just right including bit not limited to our mornings call time.Show more

  Overall the itenary was good and well planned but there was a communication misunderstanding on the pre tour day which led us to use the metro in Madrid and the taxi from one hotel to the other. Veronica was a good guide and Gabriella was awesome we regret she had to leave for her holidays and then Pedro was calm and informative too in Italy. Venice was flooded and Rome was not well planned. In the Swiss to Italy part of the trip, many places were paid to use bathrooms. Better to find as many facilities as possible with free bathrooms at leastShow more

  Dear Europamundo, I would like to summarize my experience in a few lines. What I liked most was your commitment and service. 1. In General: Very respectful of itineraries. When unforeseen situations arose, they were resolved quickly (for example: when our bus broke down for a few hours, it was resolved in time). The attention from guides and drivers was exceptional. 2. Regarding the Trip Guide: Our GUIDE Maria was incredible — passionate about her work, professional, with incredible leadership capacity, great patience, organized, proactive, with control of situations. She gave our trip that 'chic' touch. A thousand thanks. Driver José always accompanied us with great human warmth. Both made an excellent team. 3. Local Guides: Excellent — especially Belén and Sabina in Rome. 4. Areas for Improvement: The Switzerlant hotel had a poor location, terrible rooms and unacceptable breakfast service.
