  Overall, our trip was enjoyable, thanks to the excellent drivers & tour guide as well as the engaging local tours. However, the hotels were a letdown, with many of them being in poor condition, including issues with the air conditioning, which forced us to open windows to sleep. I recall our first hotel experience & the 7, 8 & 9 hotel was simply amazing!Show more

  Terrible decision!!! The tour guide was very arrogant, awful and he/she didn’t explain like other guides where they can like took and explain the history!!! Only the basic explanation but nothing very interesting about the city, historic, monument.. They do it to the basic they don’t go to extra mile!!! I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TOUR!!! It is important to note that, due to the intensive nature of your itinerary, which includes various activities and visits per day, the timeline must be followed tightly. This may cause some days to feel rushed. We offer over 2000 different itineraries, including options with a more relaxed pace and leisurely time. As outlined in our terms and conditions available on our website, the comfort features of our tourist coaches include panoramic windows, air conditioning, DVD, public address systems, reclining seats, individual lights, armrests, and overhead racks, among others. Europamundo offers a free Wi-Fi service (30mb/day/device) that may not be available in some countries and coach units. Our buses are not equipped with ramps for wheelchairs. We apologize if your coach did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the issues you faced during your hotel check-in and for not being dropped off at your assigned hotel. Our transfers and guides do their best to avoid human errors, but unfortunately, in a rare number of cases, they are inevitable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding your pick-up from the airport, as soon as you reached out to our emergency line, they contacted the supplier to locate the driver and provide you with the necessary information.   I do not recommend. Overcrowded bus (68 persons) with no rules of behavior. People listening to loud music, watching videos with loud audio, talking in the phone with relatives for hours with speaker so that we had to listen to all their conversation. Besides, differently from many tours with other companies that I took, I take a tour every year, Europamundo did not have 2 drivers. Only one so, to keep up with the European labor laws for drivers, we arrived at the cities we were supposed to visit and had 2 hours to have a meal and visit the city. So basically, you have to choose or to eat or to try to know a little bit of the place. I always opted to go around and visit as many places as I could. Just grabbing a sandwich in a market and eating as I went. I was all the time hungry, sometimes the sandwich weren't very good and sometimes weren't enough. When I arrived in Barcelona, the first city for my tour, I had hired a transfer from the airport to the hotel. The transfer never showed up, I had to take a taxi. I asked for reimbursement of the transfer I hired and was told I would get only reimbursement for the taxi that was almost half the price I paid for the transfer. It is a good business. You do not do anything and put a clean 50 dollars in your pocket (transfer is much more expensive than taxi in Barcelona). When we arrived in Rome, the promised hotel did not have room to all this overcrowded tour, so they took 9 people from the tour (I'm one of them) and lodged us in a budget hotel even if a 4 star hotel was the one contracted. They installed us the 9 people in a Ibis hotel for backpackers. My room did not even had a table for personal items. My jewelry and little pocket belongs and little souvenirs had to be placed on the ground. I complained, I let the guide know I had contracted a 4 star hotel and as an answer she said "I think this is a very good hotel" but she herself lodged in the other 4 stars hotel. I really think I should be compensated for the hotel fiasco and for the full price of the transfer. I had fun? Yes, when I was by myself. I could make the best from my time by myself. Europamundo is terrible, better pay a little bit more and go for a better company I will not mention names but you can research.Show more

Please accept our apologies for the issue you faced with your transfer upon arrival. The supplier attempted to reach out to you several times, but due to excessive background noise at the airport, they were unable to hear you and thus could not locate you for your pick-up. As soon as we were made aware of this matter, we contacted you and asked you to take a cab, which was immediately refunded in cash by the guide. Please note that the transfer service is included in your package, and no separate charges were added to your invoice. During the high season, a larger number of passengers are traveling. We understand that sharing a bus with other passengers might be inconvenient, and we apologize for this issue. Despite hotel reservations being confirmed at least 48 hours before the start of the tour, suppliers (the hotels) sometimes face overbooking problems, especially during the high season. We sincerely apologize for this issue from the supplier's end. Even though the reservation was confirmed by the hotel to Europamundo, the hotel realized upon your check-in that they did not have availability. As a protocol, they were responsible for providing you with a hotel of a similar category. We kindly remind you that, as outlined in our terms and conditions available on our website, Europamundo selects hotels that offer necessary comfort and allow you to enjoy the city you are visiting. Depending on the series offered, there are differences in terms of comfort and location. Hotels are always located within the cities you are visiting—sometimes centrally, other times near the center, and occasionally in more peripheral areas—but always with public transport links to the city center. Our routes aim to provide you with an excellent price/quality ratio. Our accommodations are not based on luxury hotels. Please keep in mind that standards, bed sizes, and room dimensions can vary between hotels of the same class, in different countries, and even within the same country.   I wouldn't book again. I didn't like my experience. Not what I expected and definitely you won't really see/experience what's being advertised compare to other travel companies who are more organized and you'll feel taken care of like ExpatExplore is my favorite so far. Maybe do your research and make your money and time worth somewhere else. This was not for me. I have travelled a lot almost to 40 countries and I have booked to other travel companies and I can honestly say I was " never" left behind except this tour, the staff working for the company doesn't seem to care. I was left behind 3x, twice maybe they didn't know or the tours are just really disorganized and with NO clear instructions/accountability. Third time, I informed my tour guide and chose to stay behind to spend more time at a particular place/city/town. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I still gave a 2 star because I made good memories focusing on the scenery I can appreciate and the people I met as we were all complaining and feel the same about the company. Thank you for the opportunity to travel, but sorry won't book in the future.Show more

With Europamundo's format, we didn't have the same guide or other travelers the whole tour, which made it harder to interact. It would be nice to have Wi-fi on the bus.Show more
