It's my first day and it's been super frustrating—they just had us ride around on a bus and visit a couple of places. It didn't live up to my expectations at all. Seriously, if you have the chance to take this tour, don't do it—it's basically just paying for transportation when you could take the subway. Don't take it—not at all. I wasted my money and my day. I came all the way from Ecuador just to throw my money away. The hotels were far away, and I didn't get to see anything.Show more

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to learn that the first day of your tour did not meet your expectations, especially on such a special occasion as your birthday. Our detailed itineraries are designed to provide information about the planned visits and the time available at each destination, while our hotels are selected according to the category and conditions indicated at the time of booking. Their locations and available transport connections are also detailed in the tour information. We regret that the experience did not correspond to what you had expected. Unfortunately, we have not been able to identify your booking from the information provided in the review, which prevents us from reviewing the specific circumstances of your case with our operational team. Should you provide us with your booking reference, we would be happy to look into the matter in greater detail and share your comments with the relevant department for review. Europamundo Team

For our trip, Javier was both very informative and accommodating for everyone in the group. He had the very best interest in mind for everyone, and gave us options on what we could explore in each city/ country. My only complaint with Europamundo would be the miscommunication we had when we entered Germany. Our flight got delayed due to complications in weather and because of this we were not able to get a ride from the airport to the hotel in Berlin. We instead called a taxi. This situation was a little stressful.Show more

The trip and circuit were good except Berlin — the guides lacked enthusiasm and knowledge of the place. But the rest of the circuit was great. Allowing travelers to explore on their own and experience things independently was fantastic. The guides were great and the bus fleet was fantastic, except for the restroom situation.Show more

What I liked most were the places such as Amsterdam, Berlin and Prague. Isabel as guide was excellent. Unfortunately driver Elías tried to leave me and my 7-year-old son behind — my son urgently needed the bathroom and the driver was going to leave us in Lugano. Unfortunately as a family of four we were separated at every hotel — they should take this into account.Show more

The circuits are good, but many times they passed by monuments and only said 'look at it' — it would have been nice to stop at least to take a photo. I also believe they should include a visit to a concentration camp in Germany.Show more

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. However, a couple of improvements would be the airport pickup and English travelers receiving the same information from their Guide as the Spanish travelers. 1. The pickup transfer location in Amsterdam was not easy to find when you're traveling solo and very tired after more than 24 hours of flying. Then to find the Driver was not waiting as indicated. When I finally contacted the emergency number, a taxi was sent. The taxi driver had to ring and tell me where he would pick me up which was a different terminal and level. He also commented that Europamundo needs to change the location as they can't leave their vehicle. 2. At times, the English speakers felt that the Spanish travelers were receiving far more information on the bus than what the English speaking guide was providing. 3. I'd prepaid the optional extra tour in Berlin which was cancelled due to lack of numbers. The tour was then adjusted and we had the choice of returning to the hotel early afternoon or finding our own way back. Some of the travellers thought this was a little unfair as the original itinerary would've had a transfer back to the hotel after dinner.Show more
