The experience with Mirmar Safaris was excellent and truly worth the cost. Communication with the tour operator during the planning of the trip was clear and open, meeting our needs. The guide’s welcome was warm from the very beginning, creating a friendly atmosphere that lasted throughout the entire experience. Both the guide and the tour operator were reliable and attentive in ensuring that all our needs were met along the journey to the safari location and during the safari days themselves. The accommodation was a pleasant surprise, offering excellent services, attentive and kind staff, and a breathtaking view of the savannah. The organized routes through the savannah were full of unexpected encounters with the local wildlife (from lions to elephants), and the guide’s extensive knowledge allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of the uniqueness of the area and the relationships among its species. I highly recommend this experience and sincerely thank the tour operator for these rich, intense, and very enjoyable days!Show more

I really appreciated the kindness, reliability, and efficiency of the staff in organizing the safari. The guide who accompanied me was friendly and very professional, always attentive and willing to adapt to my requests, as well as answer all my questions about logistics, Ugandan culture, and local wildlife. I learned many things that I would have struggled to find in tourist guidebooks. All activities were carried out with perfect punctuality, and everything was organized down to the finest detail. The accommodation included in the safari (Ishwa Game Lodge) was simply stunning, with an incredible view over the savannah below. The scenery was outstanding, and the service equally attentive. In addition to the game drives and a boat trip included in the package, the guide and lodge staff also arranged extra experiences, such as watching the sunrise over the twin crater lakes and visiting less touristy areas where I could also buy local products outside the usual circuits. The 3-day package I booked allowed for several game drives in the park, which gave me the chance to see a wide variety of animals on each outing, including some rarer sightings such as two lions. The boat trip on one of the park’s lakes offered a different perspective of the safari, with hippos, many bird species, and other animals coming to the shores. The activities offered really made the experience more varied and complete. The van used for the safari was new and very comfortable, suitable both for long drives to the national park and for game drives inside it. Thanks to the guide, I always felt safe and at ease, whether on the road, during stops in small towns, or inside the park. Many thanks again to Mermar Safaris for this experience in close contact with Ugandan nature and culture.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 9th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 9th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Mermar Safaris. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 47 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Mermar Safaris will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
