- Minitrekking on the Perito Moreno Glacier - Specialized guided ice walk experience; early morning pickup from hotel to Los Glaciares National Park (50 miles from El Calafate); 20-minute navigation across Rico Arm of Lake Argentino to southern margin of glacier; approximately 1.5-hour ice walk with crampons ascending glacier with photo stops and various ice formations; return via forest path - 350 USD per person. Restrictions: Not suitable for obese persons (BMI ≥ 30), pregnant women, people with physical or mental disabilities affecting walking/coordination, ages outside 8-65 years range, people with cardiac history or vascular disease, people with respiratory diseases (COPD, asthma, emphysema)
