  How much bus travel per day is on this tour?

    This tour is done with a 4-person vehicle or minivan.
    Only the Dubrovnik-Mostar & Kravica day and the Kotor-Perast day are done with buses.
    
    The average distance is:
    Day 1: Zagreb airport → hotel: ~15 km
    Day 2: Zagreb → Bled → Ljubljana → Zagreb: ~365 km
    Day 3: Zagreb → Plitvice → Split: ~370 km
    Day 4: Split → Dubrovnik: ~230 km
    Day 5: Dubrovnik → Kravica → Mostar → Počitelj → Dubrovnik: ~270 km
    Day 6: Dubrovnik → Perast → Kotor: ~95 km

    To estimate time on the bus what can I assume as average speed. It's the time that is important to see if we can do this trip.

    In Croatia, the general speed limits are 50 km/h in urban areas, 90 km/h on regular intercity roads, 110 km/h on expressways, and 130 km/h on motorways.
    In Slovenia, the speed limits are generally 50 / 90 / 110 / 130 km/h for urban roads, regular roads, expressways, and motorways respectively.
    In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the general limits are 50 km/h in urban areas, 80 km/h on regular roads, 100 km/h on expressways, and 130 km/h on motorways.
    In Montenegro, the general limits are 50 km/h in urban areas, 80 km/h on regular roads, 100 km/h on expressways, and 130 km/h on motorways. However, on coastal roads such as the Kotor–Perast route, the actual driving speed is considerably lower due to curves, road conditions, and built-up areas.
    
    To make your program more relaxed and comfortable, we can add three additional nights. This would give you some free time on the days between the tours.
    For example:
    
    Day 3: Free day in Zagreb.
    Day 5: After arriving in Dubrovnik from Split, enjoy an additional free day in Dubrovnik.
    Day 6: After the Mostar excursion, have another free day in Dubrovnik, and then continue with the Kotor–Perast tour the following day.
    
    This way, the itinerary will be less intensive and you will have more time to enjoy each destination at your own pace.

    Will the tour operate if it's just 2 of us? Do you need a minimum number of people for this tour. How much does the price change if we add the 3 days extra you propose.

    Our minimum number for this tour is 3 people. If only 2 people remain, the Zagreb-Dubrovnik leg will be done as a private tour for 350 euros per person.
    This fee will not be charged if any other guests arrive on that date.
    
    If we need to add 3 nights to ease the schedule, we will need to move the tour date back by 1 night, and you can calculate the cost for the 3-night extension as 450 euros per person.

  Is the departure date truly guaranteed? Because I already experienced once with another organization that they said that there was guaranteed departure and then it got cancelled last-minute.

    Do you have any discounts available? A solo supplement of more than EUR 1000 is quite expensive, especially if you still have to pay for the flights yourself.

    A private transfer from the airport to the hotel on day one is mentioned. This is free or charge right? Also, do I understand correctly that there is no private transfer to the airport on the last day?

    for this tour, we require a minimum of 3 passengers to confirm the departure. At the moment we do not have any registrations for these and other dates which means the tour is not guaranteed yet.
