  My experience with the Europamundo team has been fantastic! Booking and Communication: Ale is quick and efficient in providing all the necessary information which leaves me satisfied and carefree. Tour Guide: Mati went above and beyond to give us a great experience. He’s friendly and has a great sense of humor. I also appreciate having the same guide throughout the tour. Thank you, Mati, for your patience and making everything smooth. Local Tour Guide in Rome: Filippo is sharp and knows his history inside out. His humor is top-notch. Thanks, Filippo, for being so patient with us and making the tour enjoyable. Hotels: They were okay. I didn’t have big expectations since things in Europe can be a bit different from back home. At the last hotel we stayed at, there was a laundry area that I was able to use which was really helpful. Hotel Breakfast: The food was great and everything was delicious (for me). Airport Transfer (airport to hotel): There was an issue with the waiting time but the Europamundo team member assisted us quickly and the driver was able to wait for us. Thank you very much for your patience and support. I would definitely recommend Europamundo to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable travel experience.Show more

  While I enjoyed the destinations, wonderful fellow travelers, and tireless efforts of our host, I wouldn’t use the tour company again in the future. These are the top issues- 1. Hotel locations not visible till after booking, revealing it to be way offsite from main destination star ratings one to three. 2. Company promised airport transfer to hotel. Never happened. how to pay my own taxi both ways. 3. While they provided knowledgeable tour guides, felt the need for more detail details in accuracy in the itinerary. 4. This tour happened over New Year’s Eve, learned in route to the hotel that not only no plans were made, but all local restaurants were sold out for the evening. 5. The tour buses lacked working bathroom facilities and actually discouraged this in the materials. Result is several of us travelers were constantly dehydrated and stressed for lack of good access to basic facilities.Show more

  It was pretty good. Our tour guide Raid was wonderful and had excellent energy and knowledgeable of the area along with the guides that hosted the walking tours. I do wished that we had gotten to spend more time on the island area of Venice, it was so beautiful and could spend hours walking the ally ways of the canals. I also would recommend expanding the time in Lucerne Switzerland, there was so many restaurants that we could have had dinner at but instead we had to go back to Zürich so quick and honestly there wasn’t much there in Zürich let along authentic European restaurants to dine at (we luckily found one 15 mins away from the hotel). The hotels were fine although I would recommend a different hotel for Venice maybe one on the island part if possible because the one we stayed at didn’t have much to offer and not many authentic restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. Otherwise the hotels were clean and had towels. My only serious complaint was that there was a family on the tour that was very disrespectful to our tour guide, the hosts, and those of us on the tour. They were very inconsiderate and rude and would make us late to everything every single day of the tour even though the tour guide politely informed them of the need to be on time and even spoke their language in which was not English or any native language to the countries we were in (note: this was suppose to been an English and Spanish tour only) but our guide was kind enough to speak to them in their language since luckily he knew their language so there was no reason for them to acted the way they were or be inconsiderate. That family should have been dismissed from the tour completely and refunded their money because they made the rest of us have a bad time with their rudeness and inconsideration. My advise is that Europmundo should make a policy that if someone is being rude to the tour guide or to others on the tour by doing things inconsiderate or inappropriate they should be kicked out of the tour and refunded whatever is left of their tour. It’s not fair that a family like that had to ruin everyone else’s trip in Europe because of their inappropriate and rude ways!Show more
