What is the price person and what are the available dates in August

Our 8-day tour from Los Angeles is no longer available. However, we do have a great alternative: our 7-day tour from Los Angeles with the departure date on August 10th.

Can you give the dates when available

Due to the official announcement from the Department of the Interior regarding the new supplement for the national park, we will unfortunately be unable to operate most of our tours on the original schedule. As a result, this tour has only a departure date available for this year, which is March 9th.

Would like to request a quote for a personalized adventure in December 2025 for 20 Adults and 5 Children

We would be happy to quote a private departure. December 29 is a high demand period. Joining the regular departure will be more cost effective. A private departure for 25 people can be up to 50% more expensive.

Are there opportunities to wash laundry during the tour at hotels?

We cannot guarantee the availability of laundry machines, as it depends on the hotel's discretion and availability.

Can you recommend a hotel we can book into the day before departure close to the departure point and a place to stay in Vegas close to the place where the tour ends as we would like to stay an extra day or two after the tour ends.

One of the meeting points for this tour is the Four Points by Sheraton in Culver City. Many of our clients choose to stay at this hotel the night before departure, as it ensures they are already at the correct meeting point on the day the tour begins. The tour will conclude at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas. For your convenience, we recommend booking your additional nights at this same hotel, as it will be the final drop-off location.

Would like to know if the tour is necessarily confirmed or if it depends on the number of subscribers ? And so, can it be canceled if there are not enough people registered ?

All our tours are guaranteed departure, we don't require a minimum number of participants.

Are there any tours that visit Yosemite in early November?

If you are interested in visiting Yosemite National Park, we offer tours of different durations. However, please note that all our tours that include a visit to Yosemite are seasonal, and operate from April to October.

Is there a limit to the number of people in each group for the tour?

Our tours typically operate with a set group size; however, the exact number can vary depending on the specific tour.

There is some confusion where we are going to depart on this tour, in some brochures you say there are 2 places, the farmers market and the Sheraton four points in Calver City, can you confirm which one it is please?

The tour departs from 2 different meeting points: Farmers Market Starbucks Coffee Shop - 6333 West 3rd Street, corner of Fairfax Boulevard at 06:30 AM, 4 Points Sheraton Culver City - 5990 Green Valley Circle, Culver City at 07:00 AM. You are free to choose the one which works best for you.

Is this tour confirmed? How much in advance tour charges are to be paid?

How the refund will be provided in case of cancellation of the tour. When is latest date by which I will know if tour is confirmed?

Day 6 left at 6am, changed destination for the stay, didnt reach the hotel till 8pm, got to the room by 8.15pm, and thr restaurant closes by 9pm. Leaving you just 45mins to walk over to a neighbouring restaurant, place an order and eat it. - also for day 7. Didn't stop for lunch till 2.10pm. Though the food was alright, we did however pass other eateries enroute. Perhaps it was because of the rebates that the guides get (1 of them standing at the cashiet collecting our receipts) Overall 90%Show more

There is some confusion where we are going to depart on this tour, in some brochures you say there are 2 places, the farmers market and the Sheraton four points in Calver City, can you confirm which one it is please?
