So I can’t recommend Europamundo for the following reasons: Bus washrooms, in an emergency the driver refuses to unlock the door. Because he has to clean them? He just laughed at me. Why do the buses have washrooms? Explain please. I realize these are not for regular use but emergency, which it was. You bus tour guides that hate their jobs and lecture us on how to speak like we are children. Raide in Venice was the best guide . Our hotel in Venice was terrible. All guests complained about the beds being like rock. Only 2 elevators that held 2 passengers each? Come on, who booked this hotel ? Insufficient time in Rome to get dinner on the first day of our tour. So unfortunately can’t book again.Show more

Suri, our tour guide, did his job well. He is very accommodating and made sure that everyone feels like family. I didn’t like some of the hotels, though, especially the Novotel in Florence. It is very outdated and moldy. I even slipped on the bathtub because it was too high and the curtains are hitting the floor. I ended up with a sprained wrist and big bruise on my hips. Actually most of the hotels are located far from the tourist destination.Show more

Had we known, we would have been able to assign a room with an adapted shower for your safety and comfort. Additionally, we regret that you were injured, but we were not notified about the bruises, otherwise we would have been able to provide immediate medical assistance. Regarding hotel locations, as indicated before booking, not all hotels are centrally located, but all have access to public transportation nearby. We take all feedback about hotels and passenger safety very seriously and will review the situation with the accommodations to improve future tours.
