We are very sorry for the inconveniences you experienced at some of the hotels, especially in Florence. We would like to clarify that we were not aware that you required special assistance or a modified shower, and we have a 24-hour assistance service that was not contacted. Had we known, we would have been able to assign a room with an adapted shower for your safety and comfort. Additionally, we regret that you were injured, but we were not notified about the bruises, otherwise we would have been able to provide immediate medical assistance. Regarding hotel locations, as indicated before booking, not all hotels are centrally located, but all have access to public transportation nearby. We take all feedback about hotels and passenger safety very seriously and will review the situation with the accommodations to improve future tours.       Our adventures include transportation between cities and countries via private coach, as well as all necessary transportation for scheduled sightseeing activities mentioned in the itinerary. We'll also be happy to arrange one arrival transfer from the airport to your hotel, provided you send us your flight details in advance. It's important to note that departure transfers, transportation during free time, and for optional excursions (unless pre-booked) aren't included. However, our knowledgeable guides are always on hand to help manage logistics and offer guidance on transportation when these services aren't part of the package.

      The services provided by Europamundo Vacations are land-based and operated using coaches or private vehicles, depending on the product purchased. Right, the transportation and the hotels are included. Not daily, just when you have to sleep in another city. Yes, the arrival transfer is included. You can arriba to CIAMPINO or FIUMICINO Airport.

      Please be advised that the adventures we offer will not include international airfare, as travellers can join the trip from many different countries. We do have a helpful place to search flight prices and book your own flights. You will be responsible for booking your own flights to meet at the starting city of your adventure. We additionally recommend you do not book your airfare until your place is confirmed and guaranteed to depart.

    • For any tour departing before October 5th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 5th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Europamundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
