We are very sorry for the inconveniences you experienced at some of the hotels, especially in Florence. We would like to clarify that we were not aware that you required special assistance or a modified shower, and we have a 24-hour assistance service that was not contacted. Had we known, we would have been able to assign a room with an adapted shower for your safety and comfort. Additionally, we regret that you were injured, but we were not notified about the bruises, otherwise we would have been able to provide immediate medical assistance. Regarding hotel locations, as indicated before booking, not all hotels are centrally located, but all have access to public transportation nearby. We take all feedback about hotels and passenger safety very seriously and will review the situation with the accommodations to improve future tours. We'll also be happy to arrange one arrival transfer from the airport to your hotel, provided you send us your flight details in advance. It's important to note that departure transfers, transportation during free time, and for optional excursions (unless pre-booked) aren't included. However, our knowledgeable guides are always on hand to help manage logistics and offer guidance on transportation when these services aren't part of the package.

Right, the transportation and the hotels are included. Not daily, just when you have to sleep in another city. Yes, the arrival transfer is included. You can arriba to CIAMPINO or FIUMICINO Airport.
