    We usually book the train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes at 16:36h, after the visit to Ollantaytambo ruins, they would be arriving in Aguas Calientes around 18:10h

    The buses from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu and back, have no specific time, every 5 minutes there is a bus leaving, you can take any bus, according to the time of your entrance to Machu Picchu.

  We are interested in a 4 day tour including machu picchu, I am not sure if we are late to book a tour but if you have availability can with this tour can you guarantie entrance to machu picchu and circuit 2 tour? At the moment i am in the process to book our flights to argentina, we can be a bit flexible with the dates as we didint book our flights yet, but planning to visit end of August for a 3 week period.

    Yes, you can do 2 circuits, but you would have to buy 2 different entrances. Please note that Machu Picchu has limit of spaces, to make the booking we will depend on the availability.

  I have a question regarding the total cost of the tour. I'm interested in booking for 2 adults and 1 child (3 years old), but I'm not sure if the child is charged the full price. The booking form does not allow me to specify the age of the travelers, and it automatically counts the child as an adult. Because of this, I'm unable to select the double private room, as the system assumes all three travelers are adults. Could you please clarify how to proceed with the booking in this case, and whether there is a different price or process for young children?

    For children with 3years or less, travel for free as long as they share beds and seat at tour with they parents. For children over 3years old the have a 40% discount on the price of the package. For the booking, you can make the reservation for the adults, and I can add the child to the booking.

    One last question I have is: my client previous to working with me purchased the tickets to enter Machu Picchu in circuit 1. In this case is there any way we can skip purchasing those tickets with you?

    Yes, we can discount US$45.00per person for the entrances to Machu Picchu. We just would need to know the time and date for the entrances to organize trains and guide.

  Is circuit 1 mountain route the upper panoramic view from guard house? I was really wanting to do both circuits 1 and 2, I've probably waited too late for that to be available

    For november 26, if only one people (me) booked this tour and if no other people booked this tour for this date, is this tour available and will be guaranteed 100% to depart. (Another tour operator/company told me, it needs at least two people book/participate, then it will operate a tour for a specific date.)
