Itinerary
- Day 1
Rome to Venice
This morning you'll meet your Trip Manager and the rest of the Contiki Squad before heading out early from Rome. The drive takes you to Verona, where you'll check out the famous Romeo and Juliet balcony and walk around the Roman Arena. From there it's on to Venice, and once you settle into your accommodation, you'll have the evening to yourself. There are 118 islands around the city waiting for tomorrow's exploration.

- Day 2
Venice
The full day is yours to experience Venice properly. You'll board a private boat to navigate the canals and see the historical areas of the city. If food interests you, there's an optional tour available, or you could book a gondola ride instead. Alternatively, wander through the streets and alleys on your own pace and just soak in the atmosphere.

Venice to Hopfgarten im Brixental
Leaving Venice behind, you'll travel through the Dolomite Mountains heading toward Austrian Tyrol. Along the way there's a stop for white-water rafting if you want the adrenaline rush. Later you'll arrive at Contiki's Austrian chalet where you can explore the surrounding area before settling in. This is the first of two nights here.

Landmarks Dolomite Mountains - Day 4
Hopfgarten im Brixental
After waking to mountain views, you get to choose how to spend the day. Options include biking through green valleys, trying tandem paragliding, taking a leisurely stroll around the chalet grounds, warming up with hot chocolate, or riding a gondola up the mountain for views. If you'd rather just relax at your base, that's totally fine too.

- Day 5
Hopfgarten im Brixental to Munich
The journey to Munich includes a stop in Dachau, the medieval town where you'll visit the Dachau Concentration Camp memorial. After that somber experience, you'll continue to Munich. Once there, you can either relax in the peaceful gardens or join a bike tour around the city. By evening, head to a traditional beer hall for dinner and drinks.

Munich to Berlin via Leipzig
Heading east from Munich, you'll have an afternoon stop in Leipzig to walk around this city known for its musical heritage and striking monuments. Later in the evening you'll arrive in Berlin where there's an included dinner and a city tour showing you the top sights before you settle in for the night.

Berlin
Berlin is yours to explore however you'd like. You can join a historical walking tour that covers Checkpoint Charlie and the site of Hitler's bunker, or choose an alternative tour focused on street art and counter-culture instead. After dark, experience the city's famous nightlife scene with underground raves and cocktail lounges to choose from.

Berlin to Amsterdam
Traveling through the flat landscape of the Netherlands, you'll head toward Amsterdam. Once you arrive, there's time to wander and get a feel for the city before an included dinner. Afterward, you can either catch a comedy show or explore the eclectic nightlife options scattered throughout Amsterdam.

Amsterdam
Spend the day discovering what Amsterdam has to offer. Start by visiting the STRAAT Museum to see street art and graffiti work. Then head out to Volendam, a nearby fishing village, where you'll have a farewell dinner with your group. The evening wraps up with a canal cruise under the city lights.

Amsterdam to London
It's time to say goodbye to your Contiki group. A transfer to Schiphol Airport is scheduled for around 10am. If you're continuing the adventure, you'll travel south to Calais, cross from France to England, and arrive in London where the next chapter of your trip begins.
