recently traveled through Europe with Contiki on one of their 18–35 tours and overall had a really good experience. The trip was very organized, everything stayed on schedule, and transportation between countries was smooth and comfortable. The bus driver always made us feel safe, even during long travel days, and our tour guide was knowledgeable, helpful, and gave great recommendations in every city. One thing future travelers should know is that many of the excursions and activities are optional and require additional payment. At first this surprised me a little, but it makes sense considering the style of the trip and the age group. The atmosphere was definitely more social and party-oriented, with many travelers more interested in nightlife than history or museums. A lot of the people on my tour were from Australia, not sure if contiki only targets that country for tours. Some of the optional activities also included unlimited drinks like wine and beer. The accommodations varied depending on the city — some hostels were good while others were more basic — but overall they were acceptable for a fast-paced group tour around Europe.Show more

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
