Pick your activity for the day. You might spot jumping crocodiles on the Adelaide River or check out the wetlands, wander through Litchfield National Park to see the waterfalls and forests, take Darwin's city tour, or learn about the region's WWII history with a guided tour and harbour cruise.

Darwin to Kakadu National Park
Head to Kakadu National Park and see the ancient Aboriginal rock art at Nourlangie Rock. Stop at Bowali Visitors Centre to learn about the cultural significance of the area, then cruise Yellow Water Billabong where you'll see crocodiles, water buffalo, and lots of birdlife.

Kakadu National Park to Katherine
If you want to, take a scenic fixed-wing flight over Jim Jim and Twin Falls for aerial views of the wetlands and rocky terrain. Then travel to Katherine and Nitmiluk National Park to explore Katherine Gorge with its towering sandstone cliffs. You'll stay at an outback sanctuary that focuses on indigenous culture.

Katherine to Kununurra
Travel west into Western Australia and the Kimberley region, where the landscape slowly reveals its natural features. A local guide will teach you about Miriuwung country and indigenous culture. You'll arrive at El Questro Wilderness Park for your first of two nights in this 700,000-acre area with thermal springs, waterfalls, and gorges.

Kununurra

Kununurra

Carnarvon to Monkey Mia

This morning watch the bottlenose dolphins under the supervision of a national park ranger. Kalbarri to Geraldton

Geraldton to Perth
