Our September tour was cancelled by AAT Kings due Covid and border issues and hence my husband and I were offered a credit of over $10,000. We emailed AAT Kings on 31st August 2021- the heading of the email being "Help and Understanding Needed". During the last year we have had huge out of pocket medical expenses of $10,000+ over and above our top hospital cover. Our email was sent respectfully and politely to ask for consideration of a refund due to these expenses. An automated reply was received by us - same day and time advising "we'll be working hard to respond to you as soon as possible". As we had not heard from anyone we sent a gentle reminder email on 7th September- again respectfully and politely asking if someone could assist us. It is now 1st October and we still have not heard from anyone. Is there someone willing to listen or talk to us? We really need help - details of our booking and contacts were included in our first email. Mike and CathieShow more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 14th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 14th, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with AAT Kings. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
