    Does the south American tour with the Galápagos Islands cater for vegetarians By that I mean in addition to vegetables, rice and pastas that protein are included like tofu, chickpeas lentils and other legumes etc?

      We cannot guarantee specific options for vegetarian or vegan meals, but I was given a sample of options offered on the ship. Breakfast: soy meatballs, vegetarian frittata, bean stew, vegan sausage, cauliflower goulash, jackfruit pulled pork, grilled squash. Snack: mushroom and tofu skewers, cassava and avocado causa, grilled watermelon, seasonal vegetable spring rolls. Lunch: Pasta w/ pesto or pomodoro, vegetable soup, chop suey, vegan shrimp in coconut sauce, vegan chili, fried yuca, potato locro, vegan frittata, jackfruit burger. Dinner: Asparagus cream soup, grilled stuffed eggplant, gratinated portobello mushrooms, roasted cauliflower, couscous salad w/ vegetables, vegetarian "pork" gyozas w/ sweet and sour sauce.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
