Breakfast: soy meatballs, vegetarian frittata, bean stew, vegan sausage, cauliflower goulash, jackfruit pulled pork, grilled squash. First and foremost the guide we had was so great Jaime Lenin was such a joy to tour with! He bent over backwards to make certain we were having a great time. He made himself available for questions and advice whenever we needed it. I deal with a ot of Arthritic pain, he made sure I was comfortable, but also encouraged me to push through my pain to ensure I saw the best parts of the tour, especially Machu Picchu - some days I can’t walk 100 meters, but with Jaime’s support and guidance, I was able to walk through and see the whole of the incredible Inca site. That day, with Jaime’s support and guidance I walked 8.4 kilometers - I haven’t been able to do that in years! He was so great!Show more
