Arrival in Cairo
Your arrival in Cairo starts with a representative meeting you at the airport to handle passport control and baggage. They'll arrange your private air-conditioned transfer to the hotel, so you can settle in and get oriented.

Cairo
After breakfast at your hotel, head out to Giza Plateau to see the Great Pyramids, the Sphinx, and Valley Temple. You'll grab lunch at an authentic Egyptian restaurant, then spend the afternoon at the Egyptian Museum in Downtown Cairo overlooking Tahrir Square. Before heading back, wander through the bazaars shopping district to pick up souvenirs.

Cairo to Luxor
Leave early from Cairo for the airport and fly to Luxor. Once you arrive, transfer directly to board your Deluxe Nile cruise. Settle in while having lunch and dinner on board, beginning your river journey along the Nile.

Edfu
Breakfast on board as the ship sails to Edfu, where you'll visit the well-preserved Temple of Horus from the Greco-Roman era. A horse-drawn carriage takes you to and from the temple, passing through rural Upper Egypt so you can see local farmers and fishermen among the banana and date palm groves. Head back to the cruise afterward.
