- Day 1
London to Amsterdam
You'll meet your Contiki crew in London and board the coach heading toward Amsterdam. The journey takes you across the English Channel by ferry from Dover, where you'll catch views of the White Cliffs before landing in Calais. From there, it's on to Amsterdam for the evening. Once you arrive, you can see the canals and 17th century gable houses all lit up at night. There's an included group dinner, and after that you can hit the local bars or head back to rest depending on how you're feeling after the travel day.

- Day 2
Amsterdam
Today is all about Amsterdam on your own schedule. You'll wander the cobbled streets and take in the canalside views, spending time at the local cafes. There's the STRAAT museum if that interests you, and you should definitely try Dutch specialties like pancakes, frites, cheese, and stroopwafels. If you want a day trip, there's an optional visit to the fishing village of Volendam. Later in the evening, you can sign up for an iconic canal cruise that comes with an onboard bar.

Amsterdam to Rhine Valley
After leaving Amsterdam behind, you're heading to the Rhine Valley wine country in Germany. The landscape changes from those narrow canals to the sprawling Rhine River. You'll take a scenic river cruise along the Rhine, watching the region's famous vineyards roll past as boats glide through this premium wine area.

Rhine Valley to Munich
The Rhine Valley stays behind as you head toward Munich, home of Oktoberfest. But first, you'll stop at a charming Bavarian medieval town with cobblestoned streets, vibrant market squares, and half-timbered houses. Once in Munich, a local guide takes you through the city, showing you the famous Glockenspiel's mechanical figurines and walking you through 800 years of history at a traditional Bavarian beer hall.

Munich to Venice
Leaving Munich means driving through the scenic Bavarian Alps with views of fairytale castles and vineyards as you head into Austria. You'll stop in Innsbruck, a laid-back student city with a medieval old town, for lunch. From there, you'll pass through the charming city of Trento in the Adige Valley before arriving in Venice. Rest up tonight knowing tomorrow you get a full day to explore the city.

Your full day in The Floating City starts with a private motoscafo boat cruise through the canals to reach Venice's historical heart. After that, you can choose how to spend your time. Take a traditional gondola ride, get expert instruction on how to actually ride one, or join a guided food tour to discover the city through its local food scene.

Venice to Lucerne
Venice fades behind as you head into Switzerland. Your coach passes Lake Como as you leave Italy and travel toward the Swiss Alps. You'll arrive in the fairytale town of Lucerne, known for its wooden bridges, cobbled lanes, and beautiful location right on the lake. Check out the wooden Chapel Bridge and Lion Monument while you're here. Later, there's an optional lake cruise to see the Swiss Alps reflected in the water, or you can treat yourself to Swiss chocolate before settling in for the night.

Lucerne to Paris
Time to leave the Swiss Alps and head toward Paris. Your coach crosses back into France, passing through Burgundy's wine-producing region. Once you arrive in the City of Lights, you'll experience a nighttime tour showing off famous landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre, Champs-Élysées, and Notre-Dame Cathedral. The evening ends with panoramic views of Paris from the 56th floor of Montparnasse Tower.

Paris
This is your last full day in Paris. You'll visit the glamorous Fragonard perfumery to learn how fragrance is made. Then the rest of the day is yours to explore Paris however you want. Wander tree-lined quarters, see Notre-Dame Cathedral, or spend time in the Louvre's galleries. This is your last night with the group, so there's an optional dinner followed by the Moulin Rouge cabaret show if you want to celebrate.
