The drive from Arusha to Serengeti National Park takes most of the day, but once you arrive, there's still time for an afternoon game drive. You'll start looking for wildlife right away across those open plains.

Serengeti National Park
This is a full day dedicated to game drives throughout Serengeti National Park. You'll have the entire time to search for the Big Five and spot other animals across the vast landscape.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After a morning game drive in Serengeti, you'll transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for your overnight stay. The drive takes a few hours, but you'll settle in by evening.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area
You'll descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive in this natural amphitheater. The crater walls create a unique setting for wildlife viewing, and the concentration of animals here is particularly good.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area to Arusha
Today includes a visit to a Maasai village where you'll see local traditions and meet the people who live in this region. After that, you'll head back to Arusha for your final night before departure.
