The local payment is mandatory and goes directly to the local crew on Day 1. It covers selected park fees and excursions throughout the trip. It's not related to tipping. Tipping is optional and up to you, but it is customary if you're happy with the service. There are also a range of optional activities available on tour, such as scenic flights over the Delta or white-water rafting in Victoria Falls. These are not included in the tour price or local payment and are paid directly to the provider while on tour. As for extending the trip at the beach, we don't offer beach extensions on this itinerary.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 24th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 24th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with On The Go Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and On The Go Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
