What alternate ways to lots of walking are available for us to see most of the sites? Shuttles?

Many of the North American national parks we visit do involve some level of physical activity, with hikes that can last up to 4 hours. However, there are often easier and shorter walking options available too, so you can still take in the beauty of the parks at your own pace. A basic level of mobility is needed, as you may be required to walk short distances or navigate uneven ground at times.

We booked this tour as one complete tour but found out it was actually two tours back to back. We were so pleased that we had booked through Tour Radar as we got the whole tour. The tour was an Intrepid tour so the number of people on the tour was really small. We had 8 people the first half, Atlanta to Nashville and then 4 people left and another 4 joined for the rest of the tour, Nasheville to New Orleans. Our guide/driver was Britni. She was amazing. We had civil rights in Atlanta, music in Nasheville and a wonderful cooking lession in New Orleans to name but a few things on the itinerary. The tour itself had wonderful inclusions but she lifted it to another level with personal recommendations and escorted side tours. She took us to a wonderful Ribs restaurant, a songwriters workshop in Nasheville, a piano bar on Beale street in Memphis, beignets at Cafe du Monde in New Orleans and recommended great restaurants including directions on how to get there when she needed some alone time! I loved the civil rights flavour at the start of the tour whilst the music in the second half was amazing. Highly recommend this one. The hotels were great and the smaller bus meant we weren't restricted when we had to park anywhere!Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
