Tour was pretty good, however the management by Tour Radar was very poor. The tour was sold to is as Nuremburg to Budapest, however Emerald have not run Nuremburg to Budapest for over two (2) year. The tour actually runs from Regensburg to Budapest. We were in Nuremburg two days before the tour started only to get a message from Emerald (not Tour Radar!) that we had to get to Regensburg. We then urgently contacted Emerald who then had to make last minute arrangements to pick us up in Nuremburg, The Emerald tour director (Daisy) advised us that they had had a number of problems over the years with Tour Radar and they were not surprised at the incorrect advice received from Tour Radar We would recommend Emerald but not Tour Radar in the future. Tour Radar actually gave us an address in Nuremburg to pick up the tour (which was incorrect) they also advised that pick u in Nuremburg was not possible, however Emerald were able to organise after one phone call! I suggest that Emerald use another agent in Australia in the future. All in all the lack of detail in correspondence was very poor and in many cases plain wrong.Show more

- For any tour departing before July 19th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 19th, 2026, a minimum payment of 100% is required to confirm your booking with Emerald Cruises. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- The following cards are accepted for "Emerald Cruises" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
