- JJavier· January 17th, 2024Horrible experience Europamundo did a horrible job. We had to use public transportation for our paid tours. When I complained the guide told us that we needed 4 people to rent a bus. We were four but they forced us to use public transportation. If I knew that I was going to use public transportation I wouldn’t hired Tour Radar for my vacation. We had to wait for hours to catch the hop on and off. It was very cold in Tokyo. In the morning we used the train and it was packed like crazy! Very claustrophobic. Next time you need to ask your passengers if they don’t have enough people if it’s okey to use public transportation. Also, the tour guides leaves alone in the middle of the city instead of bringing us back to the hotel for our free time. You have to take us back to the hotel. Europamundo is the worst tour company I ever booked in my life.
