      Regarding the amount of time spent on the coach, it varies each day depending on the itinerary. The tour combines travel with sightseeing and regular stops, so there are opportunities to enjoy the destinations throughout the journey.

      Arrival in Tokyo: The first day of the tour is a free day, with no scheduled activities. Therefore, you may arrive at any time. Please just keep in mind the hotel's standard check-in time, which is generally from 2:00 p.m. Information about the start of your tour will be provided either during the afternoon or through information displayed at the hotel reception.

      Departure from Hiroshima: We recommend booking your departure flight after the tour has officially ended, allowing enough time to travel from the hotel to the airport. If you have not yet booked your flight, we recommend choosing an afternoon or evening departure for greater flexibility.

      Please note that hotel rooms are generally available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you need access to your room earlier or later, you may wish to arrange an additional hotel night.

      Yes, you can use Apple Pay in many places, especially in cities, transport, and chain stores. But keep cash as a backup for smaller shops or rural areas. Most shops accept credit cards, only small shop do not accept credit cards, so let's make sure you bring some cash.

      Transfers may be private or shared with other passengers/shuttle, and only one transfer is provided per booking. Keep in mind the transfer is included the day the tour starts or if you have pre nights with us. If you arrive days before, you may need an extra night. Transfers for Japan are shuttle, so we cannot collect you in the hotel if you arrive days before and book nights on your own.
