Regarding the hotels, we would like to inform you that all the hotels in which you were accommodated were from our catalogue and all were 4* properties except the one in Zurich as you can check at the webpage of each hotel. Let me also inform you that the number of stars attributable to hotels varies considerably from one country to another. In Germany, a room needs to have 14m2, bathroom with amenities, television, telephone, etc. ... in Italy, with 6m2, basic bathroom and breakfast are considered both 4 stars. This is based on a law which inspires the tourism data, visitors per year, cultural offers etc.
Regarding the location, we have indicated in our Terms and Condition as well as at My Trip link in General Information Section for you that in some cases the hotels are always well connected to the public transport:

In some hotels, the internet has good coverage at some places and not in other but if you had informed about it to the hotel staff , they would have given the solution but now it’s too late. We also want to add , in some hotel it´s a courtesy and in others, it had to be paid.
About our guides, we want to inform you that Europamundo has more than 300 guides in our team with different profiles.
