About the issues regarding the hotel, we wonder if you mentioned this to the guide because there was the option to open the windows but, it had to be requested. Unfortunately, after almost 2 years of not being in use due to the Covid pandemic, some A/C systems are failing and in need of extensive repair works, we are working with our partners to ensure that these issues are sorted out as soon as possible.
