  Our overall experience was excellent. This is our first family tour trip. We really like Mariano our guide from Lyon to Switzerland. He's the best! Funny, helpful, sharing a lot of history of the places we've been too, very organized and very honest :). The tour provided us all good hotels, we even stayed in Hilton hotel! The memories we treasured on this trip will forever stay in our hearts. Thank you Europamundo!Show more

  Worst tour ever! Will not go again with any Europamundo tours! Very disorganized and they dont respond to your email/queries fast. Pick up from airport - late for 2.5 hours. And driver was rude! Hotel in Paris - Novotel Bagnolet was below 3 star! Location was very far from City centre, even uber drivers are saying its not a good location. Aircon is not working in the rooms, even the fridge, and safe was not working. We have to transfer room. Breakfast food was below expectation most especially their scrambled eggs. Tour guide in Paris - can't even speak good English and speaks mostly in Spanish. A lot of the passengers were very frustrated and mad. Tours were mostly in a rush. Not enough time to roam around to take pictures and grab a good meal. Tour bus was so full about 52 people. They changed itinerary last minute and even entrance to Versailles that should be included, they told us it was not at the last minute! Post accommodation hotel in was supposedly Courtyard by Marriot which was what was stipulated in our travel document but instead they booked us back at the crappy hotel - Novotel and to think we paid more $100 per night. Never again will I get a tour with Europamundo!. There were also a lot of complains from fellow travellers as they are really very disorganized!Show more

Our dedicated customer service team is always available to our passengers, and had we been notified about the delay in your pick-up, we could have taken appropriate action to rectify the situation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this miscommunication. Furthermore, please note that the maximum waiting time for pick-up is 60 minutes as stated in our terms and conditions. Waiting for 2.5 hours for the driver indicates a breakdown in communication, and we apologize for any frustration caused. Regarding the entrance to Versailles, it is clearly stated in your itinerary, available on your "Mt trip" Link, that the entrance is not included and that it is solely a transfer to the garden. Tickets can be purchased in advance or on-site if available at the palace. We apologize if this information was not sufficiently clear. In regards to the hotel, our terms and conditions, accessible on our website, outline that our accommodations are not luxury hotels. It's important to keep in mind that standards, bed sizes, and room dimensions may vary among hotels of the same class, even within the same country. While all our rooms feature private bathrooms and TVs, additional amenities such as mini-bars, safe boxes, or hair dryers may vary by hotel. Some hotels, particularly in Northern Europe, may not have air conditioning due to local legislation or limited usage dates. Please note that slight variations in quality may exist within hotels located in the same city. Europamundo has carefully selected hotels that offer necessary comfort and allow our travelers to enjoy their respective destinations, ensuring an excellent price-to-quality ratio. We regret that we did not receive any communication from you during the tour regarding issues with your room, such as the malfunctioning fridge and air conditioning. Had we been notified promptly, we could have taken immediate steps to address the concerns, such as changing your room or contacting the reception to resolve the problems. As stated in our terms (available on our website), our tours are multinational, allowing travelers to meet and interact with passengers from different parts of the world. This presents a unique opportunity to not only explore the destination but also to experience various cultures. Our tour guides are required to have a minimum B2 (Upper Intermediate) level of English fluency.   It a tour of a lifetime. Our tour guide Bilal and tour bus driver Angel were awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the Eiffel Tower and Seine River Tours. The Grindelwald tour and cable ride to the Alps were magnificent. This is one of the best tours I ever had. I highly recommend Tour Radar and Europamundo to everyone!
