  It was a good tour, all the hotels were good with the exception of the Viena House House in Verlin which cleans the rooms poorly every 2 days. Breakfast were really good, buses too. Maria the guider in Spain, Paris, London and Amsterdam, she was the best of the tour, she was outstanding and dedicated to her family, we the guest felt she was there for us all the time.   We apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered during the tour due to its bilingual nature. Regarding the language, I must explain that our tours are often bilingual as we may have passengers from different groups sharing the same bus. This can be quite an enriching experience, and depending on the composition of each group, one language may seem to predominate over the other. However, I can confirm that the information provided by the guides is the same in both languages, although passenger participation may vary. Europamundo team :D❤

  This tour was advertised as an English speaking tour. However if you speak English and have any issues there is never...
  This tour was advertised as an English speaking tour. However if you speak English and have any issues there is never anyone in the tour operator’s office (Europamundo) who can speak English. I have tried calling Europamundo customer service number several times and never once were there anyone in the office who can speak English and help me solve my issue. For me the tour operator customer service was non existent. In addition the hotels the tour operator put us up in was far from the city centre. In some cases the hotels were so far out of the way there were restaurants or convenient stores to get something to eat. Too much time was spent on coaches and ferries and too little time in the various cities. If you don’t speak Spanish this tour operator don’t care s*** about you. I will never go on another operated by EuropamundoShow more

  I cannot remember last tour guide name (sorry) ended in Berlin, I was last English speaker, but she was also very helpful and accommodating! All guides were very knowledgeable and informative and explained all details about places travelling through as well as itinerary details and instructions. They were very nice to me and everyone in the group and also very patient. Some accomodation was quite small, my room in hotel Praga seemed very cramped for single supplement. Hotel in France did not feel in a very safe area, nearby streets for food was daunting and another traveller in my group explained she was near approached by a car of men. Otherwise trip itself was organised great. Perhaps more explaining of crossed paths with other groups, or perhaps numbers. As at times it was quite daunting being the only or one of two English speakers in a large group. Thank you, best trip ever Show more
