  Bad experience in Berlin with our tour guide. All transportations toband from the Hotel to the attractions were extremely unorganized. The tour guide repeatedly failed to communicate with English speaking travelers and overall does not know how to control the crowds. The other Tour guides in Prague, Austria, Switzerland and Paris did excellent Job. 0 star to Novotel Hotel in Paris, dirty, old, rude staff.Show more

  It was rushed chaos. You will get to see all sights, as advertised, but you need to be prepared to not actually stop and enjoy them. 30min in some cities. 5min at the Eiffel Tower. You don't actually get to into Versaille palace, you just get to go see it. So, if your expectations are low, and you don't mind TONS of people, and going with the flow (they aren't forthcoming with information/next steps) then it's a good tour.Show more

Our aim when designing the itineraries is to enrich the travel experience of the passengers by including the most outstanding historical and cultural monuments of each circuit. We understand that personal preferences vary, and we acknowledge that some passengers may find our itineraries intensive. Therefore, as we highly value transparency, our comprehensive itineraries, detailing the distance between each point, approximate departure/arrival times to/from different cities, the approximate duration of each bus ride, guided tours, free time, and included entrances (if applicable), are always at the disposal of our passengers. This allows them to review the itinerary and make informed decisions based on their preferences and pace. Please note that the visit to the Versailles Palace is not included in the tour, as outlined in your itinerary. Hence, if passengers wish to visit inside, they need to book in advance on their own. Regarding your experience with your visit to the Eiffel Tower, please note that due to a technical issue, the authorities had shut down visits, and the monument was closed without specifying a concrete time for reopening. To avoid wasting time, the guide decided to take the passengers for a cruise ride and then offered them the option to visit the tower on their own and receive a refund.   The tour guide just left us alone to help ourselves to look around in Praque where in fact he should be showing us the highlights of Praque and provide explanation of the historical buildings . Also,we were not expecting that the bus trip from Switzerland to paris took us more than 8 hours travel by bus.We only found out based on the itinerary .Also the BMW visit in Zurich or Munich was missed out where in fact it was shown on our early itinerary before booking our 11 days land trip.This is the reason why we booked this trip to see BMW cars exhibition. We were disappointed when we found out that this was removed on our itinerary without letting us know.Show more

Please note that we have provided "Tips" on your "My Trip" portal where you can find a wealth of information, such as where to dine, where to go shopping, touristic hotspots, hidden gems, etc., to plan out your free time when you do not have a guided tour and to make the most out of your tour, guide are not allowed to accompany the passengers during their free time (when indicated on their itinerary) because they do not have the authority by the local Gov. to run tours in the cities when we mention "Free time". it is worth to note that as outlined in our terms and conditions available on our website, Europamundo reserves the right to alter the details of the itineraries (with the purpose of adapting them to the time of the year or when the guide considers it necessary) and in exceptional circumstances (breakdowns, traffic delays, or climatological problems, periods or situations extremely complicated) the order of visits or the visited points. Most of the time when these changes are foreseeable the information will appear in your voucher information.   I must admit, this tour was substandard to say the least. I understand that Europamundo are a Spanish group, but that doesn't mean you have an overbearing Spanish driven commentary. Wish their operators knew English better. The accommodation in Paris was 3rd grade for us at Ibis budget way away from city center. Similarly, Harry's inn and hotels was not up to the mark with no in-house dining facility. Very least you can do after long days is to give us a good place to lodge in. In Zurich, you housed us at 2 different hotels over 2 nights. This was poor planning and required us to checkout twice in 2 nights in the same city. The Mt Titlis option was not easily available also ( I was told it was sold out months in advance. Then what's the point in listing it as an option). I hope I will consider tourradar again for another tour, but most likely not.Show more

However, we acknowledge that in a few instances, this might not meet passengers' expectations. To address this concern, we have provided a 24/7 hotline and WhatsApp number on the passengers' voucher for reporting or consulting any issues faced during the tour. Unfortunately, in your case, we did not receive any communication from you while you were still on the route, preventing us from addressing the issue in real time. Upon receiving a report, we engage with the guides to investigate and request them to pay equal attention to both language groups. If the issue persists, depending on the severity, we consider changing the guide. Please be aware that in accordance with our terms and policies, our accommodations are not based on luxury hotels. It's important to note that standards, bed sizes, and room dimensions can vary among hotels of the same class, across different countries, and even within the same country. All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms and TVs. Some rooms also feature amenities like a mini-bar, a safe box, and a hairdryer. In certain cases, especially in North Europe, some hotels might lack air conditioning due to local regulations or limited usage dates. Slight variations in hotel quality within the same city may exist in some circuits. Europamundo has chosen hotels that provide the necessary comfort for an enjoyable stay in the respective cities. While differences in comfort and location exist based on the offered series, our hotels are consistently situated in the cities you'll be visiting, barring special circumstances. They can be central, near the center, or even in peripheral areas, but always connected to the city center via public transport.   The travel brochure for this tour is very misleading. It is listed for ages 1-99 but did nothing to accommodate this 71 year old woman with a cane. Free time sounded appealing but it is merely time off the bus away from your hotel. Most days it was raining and off the bus you go. A stop for lunch as part of your free time, off the bus you go despite the fact restaurants and stores do not open until you need to get back to the bus. The BMW Weld was closed to the public so they told us to go to the BMW museum for a big 10 minutes. Swarovski on the other hand is good for 90 minutes. Hotel reservations were mixed up and we and our luggage were shooed back onto the bus. Letting them know this was a problem resulted in a next day sorry and lecture about disrespecting staff (and a statement that if it happens again you will be left behind. Time spent on the bus appears endless. There is always a full bus because tour groups are merged. People are coughing, instructions and info is presented into 2-4 languages. The only positive observation is the hotels are of decent quality. Save your vacation time and money!Show more

We understand that the free time advertised in the brochure did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the inconvenience of having to spend mosto f it away from your hotel and dealing with rainy weather conditions. We acknowledge the frustation you felt when restaurants and stores were closed during your free time, preventing you from fully enjoying your break Regarding the BMW Weld, which is free, it was closed for a last-minute VIP event. As compensation, passangers were provided with tickets to the private BMW Museum, which costs 10 euros, and had a duration of 45 minutes, as informed by the guide, we apologize for the inconvenience. We sincerely apologize the mix-up with your hotel reservations and the subsequent inconvenience of being rushed back onto the bus with your luggage. Our team should have handled the situation better and provided a more satisfactory resolution. We apologize for any misunderstanding or dissatisfaction caused by the subsequent conversation about disrespecting staff We also acknowledge the challenges associated with full buses due to merger tour groups, multiple languages being spoken, and the general discomfort experienced during extended periods on the bus We value your feedback and take it seriously.   The hotel was good at Berlin but not so good at other places. The rooms of hotels in other places were clumsy particularly at Innsbruck & Paris. Room service ok but not everywhere. Guides particularly for english language not satisfactory as they failed to elaborate the importance of many places of visits and just took us there to fend for on ourselves. Unnecessary stay of long periods at some places but short periods at important spots. Sometimes left us at city centers and we faced difficulties in reaching hotels considering the language problems in reading & understanding of language in those areas. Guides appears to be not very convergent with many areas and failed to direct us to our favoured cuisine restaurants. Skipped many important visit places.   Hotels were not so comfortable Guides were not knowledgeble. They always use to give more time for lunch instead of showing picnic points to travellers. Travel company was not pay the entry fee charges of some historical places i.e. palace at Paris, painting place of Monalica and so many things.Show more
