Itinerary
- Day 1
Queenstown
You'll arrive in Queenstown and get a private transfer to your hotel. The afternoon is yours to explore however you'd like, whether that's wandering the town or relaxing at your accommodation. Later on, you'll meet your Travel Director for a welcome briefing and drinks. Before heading to dinner, ask the team for their favorite spots to eat around town.

- Day 2
Arrowtown - Walter Peak
Head out to Real Country farm to meet a local farmer and watch horse communication and sheep dog mustering demonstrations. You'll get to try cracking a stock whip yourself and spend time with the farm animals. From there, you'll drive to Arrowtown, the historic gold-mining village, then board the TSS Earnslaw for a cruise across Lake Wakatipu. The boat takes you to Walter Peak High Country Farm where you'll have a gourmet barbecue dinner with views of the surrounding countryside.

Queenstown
You have options for how to spend this day around Queenstown. If you want something bigger, there's an optional tour to Milford Sound through the World Heritage-listed Fiordland National Park, where you'll see rainforest and mountains, and possibly spot fur seals and mountain parrots during a cruise. If you prefer staying closer, wine tasting and jet-boating are also available as alternatives, or you can explore Queenstown at your own pace.

- Day 4
Queenstown to Auckland to Rotorua
Early morning flight takes you from Queenstown to Auckland. Once you land, you'll board a coach for the drive to Rotorua, which is about three hours away. Rotorua is New Zealand's cultural heart, and you'll have time to settle into your accommodation and get oriented before your evening activities begin.

- Day 5
Rotorua
Start the day at the National Kiwi Hatchery where conservationists lead a guided tour explaining the efforts to protect New Zealand's national bird. After that, you'll check out Whakarewarewa, a geothermal area and living Maori village where residents use natural geothermal resources in their daily lives. In the evening, head to Te Puia for the Te Po Indigenous Experience, which includes a cultural performance in a carved meeting house, views of the Pohutu Geyser, and a buffet dinner featuring hangi inspired cuisine.

Rotorua to Waitomo Caves to Auckland
This morning you'll visit Waitomo Caves for a guided tour, cruising through the underground waterways while thousands of glowworms light up the cavern walls above. Later you'll travel to Auckland. By evening, you'll gather with your Travel Director and fellow travelers at The Grill restaurant to share stories from the tour and enjoy dinner celebrating New Zealand's food and wine.
