    Unfortunately, we cannot offer upgrades to have 3 People on 1 Room. If you wish, you or the other traveler can room with your Granddaughter and the other traveler can choose to get the Private Room Upgrade or opt for the Room Share with the same gender.

    While we don't offer triple rooms on this tour, minors must always share a room with an adult. As your granddaughter is 17, she would need to room with one of you. In this case, one adult would share with her, and the third adult would be roomed with another same-gender solo traveller in a twin room. We pair solo travellers of the same gender together, so there is no single supplement required unless you prefer a private room. If you'd prefer your own space, we can absolutely look at single room options as well.

    We welcome all travellers on our tours but we would like to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible. Our tours are fast paced because they are designed for you to see the most a destination has to offer. We offer walking tours in most cities (up to 3 hours). Please ensure that you are happy with the level of fitness required for this tour.

    At this stage, your departure is too far in advance for us to give you a confirmed starting hotel. Due to the fact that our hotels are subject to change, we do not provide inaccurate information beforehand to minimize any confusion that may be caused. We therefore suggest reaching out roughly 90 days prior for this information.

  Can we cut our tour short and just leave for the train station when we get back to Munich on June 5th?

    Yes, it is absolutely possible to leave the tour early if needed, and many travelers do this when they have onward plans. You're correct that the itinerary returns to Munich on June 5th, after visiting Nuremberg, with the evening free to explore the city before an overnight stay. The tour officially ends the following morning, June 6th. If you prefer, you can make your way to the train station after arriving in Munich on June 5th to catch your train. Just let your tour leader know in advance so they're aware of your plans.

    Yes, we do take dietary requirements into consideration on our tours, including gluten-free meals whenever possible. Once you've booked your tour, you'll be asked to complete the Important Passenger Information (IPI) form, and that's where you can indicate any dietary needs. We'll then pass this on to your tour leader and operations so they can do their best to accommodate your request throughout the trip.
