We are able to do your requested itinerary however, on such short notice it won't be possible to arrange the package for 130 pax. We would need enough preparation for such a tour.

Have booked a tour to Vietnam. Wanted to know if this tour could be added to the beginning of our trip. Also, can you help figure out flights or should we do that on our own?

When traveling to Kyoto, will the meeting point be at Tokyo City Hall? Will this meeting point take us to the predetermined Kyoto bullet train station for boarding? Upon arrival at Kyoto station, will you have an agent or a new meeting point to start the tour? As I already asked, we are traveling through Asia and will have luggage. Will we leave you at the hotel before the tour starts? After the start of the tour, assistance with travel to Kyoto-Osaka-Kyoto? On the final day of the tour, would you have time to board a flight to Seoul?

The inclusions are the bullet train tickets, but you will meet our guide directly in your evening tour in Kyoto. The inclusion is just the ticket - you wont meet our guide for the part of the train. Upon arrival at Kyoto station, you will first check-in to your hotel. After that, you will meet our guide in the centralized starting location of your tour. You will have time to check in to your hotel before the tour, so you wont have your luggage with you for the evening tour. We will give you the ticket and all the needed instructions! Its very easy but we will be with you all the way.

When will the Day3 activities end?

While times are approximate, it is estimated to be back around 18:00 PM. Please note that this also depends on local traffic.
