Throughout your journey, our team remained available by both email and WhatsApp. When you contacted us about your itinerary, we promptly resent the updated documents, and your itinerary included detailed meeting point instructions, emergency contact numbers, and local support for each tour. The most significant issue during your trip occurred when one of your scheduled tours was cancelled before our team had been notified by the local supplier. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we arranged an alternative date that you confirmed worked for you, and proactively verified that your remaining tours would operate as planned. While this disruption understandably affected your overall experience, we’re pleased to know you enjoyed your accommodation and found the tours themselves enjoyable.
