Tourist Journey

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad the heat didn't stop you from savouring every moment. Our Florence & Tuscany Culinary Tour is all about great food and unforgettable flavours. Thank you for exploring Tuscany with Tourist Italy, and we'd love to welcome you back for more delicious adventures!

Thank you for the lovely review! While Mount Fuji stayed shy behind the mist that day, we're so glad Sofia, the small group, and the Shinto shrines still made for a wonderful experience. There's a special kind of beauty in the Fuji area in any weather, and we'd love to welcome you back with Tourist Japan to see it again!

Thank you for sharing your experience! We're delighted you enjoyed our Milan food tour, Lake Como, Lake Garda, and Verona, and that your guides made each day so memorable. We'll gladly pass along your note about Lake Garda, as feedback like this helps us keep refining our Italy tour packages. We'd love to welcome you back to discover even more of Italy with Tourist Italy!

Thank you for the lovely feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed your guides and the local knowledge they shared throughout the experience. For us, exploring Japan is about more than seeing the sights. It’s the local stories, cultural details, and insights along the way that really bring each place to life. Thank you for exploring with Tourist Japan, and we hope to welcome you back for more!

Thank you for such a heartfelt review. We're so glad that every detail came together and that our app helped along the way. Rammi and Yossi will be delighted to hear how much you enjoyed learning with them; making every moment meaningful is exactly what we aim for. It was a privilege to be part of your trip, and we'd love to welcome you back to explore even more of Israel with Tourist Israel.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry your trip didn’t leave you with the confidence and peace of mind you should expect when travelling with us. We’d like to provide some additional context for future travellers. Throughout your journey, our team remained available by both email and WhatsApp. When you contacted us about your itinerary, we promptly resent the updated documents, and your itinerary included detailed meeting point instructions, emergency contact numbers, and local support for each tour. The most significant issue during your trip occurred when one of your scheduled tours was cancelled before our team had been notified by the local supplier. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we arranged an alternative date that you confirmed worked for you, and proactively verified that your remaining tours would operate as planned. While this disruption understandably affected your overall experience, we’re pleased to know you enjoyed your accommodation and found the tours themselves enjoyable. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we wish you all the best in your future travels. Tourist Italy

Thank you so much for your kind words, Nicole! We're delighted to hear that Dai made your time at the Fish Market so enjoyable and informative, right down to knowing the best spots to taste everything. Having a knowledgeable local guide really does bring a place to life, and that's exactly what we aim for on every Tourist Japan tour. We'd love to welcome you back for another adventure in Japan soon!
