By starting from a centralized location, you avoid the delays caused by picking up other travelers from different locations or dealing with traffic jams. The centralized location can be reached by public transportation or taxi if you want more comfort - anyway, they are very easy to reach. For departure, we could add a Shinkansen train to Tokyo Station - from there you could either go by public transportation to the Airport or by taxi. Is that okay?
