  Danny, in charge of rhe coordination of the whole tour, has been amazing: kind, calm and efficient. He was discreetly checking every single step of our trip, calling the drivers to verify we had been duly picked up at the right time, sending us the boarding passes and letting us enjoy fully our holidays making sure everything was going smoothly. The guides andvdrivers at the various spots, and more especially Tin Tin, have been nice. The Garden Palace Hôtel in Hoi An was the best one: excellent and competent staff speaking good English, great location and premises, nice breakfast. In général, the location of all the hôtels is excellent. According to us, what needs to be improved is the quality of the breakfast at Tk123 hôtel in Hanoi and the maintenance of the rooms in La Mer ressort in Phu Quoc. We had a great time in Vietnam and shared the emotions linked to the 50th anniversary of the réunification. Vietnamese people are really nice. We will not miss the opportunity to visit Vietnam again, using your services. We warmly recommend this tour.Show more

  A very varied and interesting itinerary, we loved every moment of it. Great customer service, particularly from Danny our tour co-ordinator who was always available via WhatsApp and quickly answered any queries we had. He was also there to personally greet us when we arrived in Hanoi. Everything went like clockwork and was so well organised. We opted for 3 Star hotels, our favourite was in Hoi An where we had a swimming pool. All hotels were well located, very close to main attractions and in authentic parts of each city.Show more

  We had the most amazing time in Vietnam. Mr Danny was our tour organiser and we could not have asked for more. We arrived in Hanoi the day after the typhoon and Mr Danny was there to meet us, even though he had been up all night sorting other guests. Hanoi was as beautiful and we got to see some amazing sights. We were meant to go to Halong Bay but unfortunately due to the typhoon, this was cancelled. Again, communication with Mr Danny was great and we spent the two days in Ha Noi instead. Ha Noi is a must see. Our guide there was Quinn and she was fantastic. We absolutely loved her and Ha Noi. We finished our tour with 3 days in Ho Chi Minh and 5 days on Phu Quoc island. I highly recommend both places. Hi Chi Minh for the hustle and bustle and Phu Quoc to relax. September is probably not the best month to travel to Phu Quoc but that was on us, not tour organizers. We absolutely loved Vietnam - the food, people, sites and scenery were amazing. We will definitely be going back and will be in touch with this company and Mr Danny when we do.Show more

  Brilliant tour and locations with plenty to do and see. The people are so friendly with some amazing sights and places. The only downside would be the internal transfers. Hanoi to Hoi An was booked for 19.25 but with the delay I didn't arrive at the resort until around 22.20 and worse still was the flight from Hoi An to Ho Chi Minh, the flight was booked for 16:50 with vietjet but ended being delayed until 01:30 in the morning.and I didn't arrive at the hotel until just before 05:00 and had to cancel the days itinerary and arrange my own. I'm pretty sure the cheapest flights are booked on the day prior to travel vice the most convenient for the traveller. I will give the tour rep (Danny) his dues he did ensure the next internal flight from Ho Chi Minh to Phu quoc was arranged for the morning upon my request.Show more

In Vietnam, there are three main airlines: Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet, and Bamboo Airways. The airfare is generally the same across these airlines, and in some cases, Vietjet can even be more expensive than Vietnam Airlines and Bamboo Airways. Please rest assured that we do not book the cheapest flights but select flights based on availability and scheduling that best fit the tour itinerary. We understand how frustrating flight delays can be and their impact on your travel plans. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.   My wife and I were bit disappointed with some of the accommodations and ended up by ourselves in the Phu Quoc island for the remainder of last four days I would have appreciated if that was explained to us in advance, however we would like to mention your tour guide Tuan in Hanoi and Tin Tin in Ho chi Ming did an excellent job for us but the one in Hoi an needs more training other than that we were exiting to be in Vietnam to take in the culture and get to know the diversity of your wonderful country and we met some great families as we were there.   I have traveled with different tour companies overseas but I’ve never been more disgusted! This is my fifteenth overseas tour and the first and last with TourRadar. Omg, it was meant to be a group tour? I’m on my own which is fine but you kept putting me with different groups everyday. This was difficult because you never make a connection with anyone. I absolutely hated it. Then you stick me at a resort in the middle of the jungle a five minute drive from the jungle. I paid for four star and the last two resorts were 2 star if they are lucky. Revolting. I would never recommend that anyone travel with tour radar. Revolting.Show more

However, we have declined, as we do not support travelers who engage in such actions—traveling and attempting to write negative reviews to pressure Tour Operators into paying money. From the bottom of our hearts, we suggest that you focus on positive endeavors in your life, particularly considering your employment in the education industry in Australia. ****2. Before the departure date, we clearly informed you that you would be joining the tour with different travelers in each city, and you expressed your acceptance of this format. ****3. You left your hotel at 5:00 am, there was an attempt to avoid settling the remaining amount, which eventually led to payment being made as per your responsibility. ****4. Our hotel and cruise partners have reported to us that you consumed drinks without settling the bills. ****5. Restaurants have informed us that payment was not made for your meals, even when they sourced goods from their establishments. ****6. We have taken care of all aspects of your trip, including booking new resorts in Phu Quoc Island. ****7. You claimed that we booked a 2-star hotel category instead of a 4-star category. We have never done this with any of our customers. Our reputation is our top priority, and we must protect it. ****8. The remaining amount, which is your responsibility to pay, has not been settled until now. ****9.
