We were expecting to be picked up at our hotel for Verona tomorrow at 10am. We now have to be at the visitors information centre, 38 minutes walk from our hotel at 6.45. Breakfast, which does not commence until 7am, was included with our tour, we will have to now leave before 6am.   In both days, there will be around 10-15 people in the walking tours, and 25 in the tours with busses. If you book together, you and your friend will be in the same hotel, now you are selecting one room, but you can select two singles and you will have different rooms in the same accommodation. Yes, Tourist Class is different that Boutique (upgraded hotel).
