  Thank you for the great tour that was available for me to book, and I enjoyed it with my son. This is my first time giving 3 stars. I booked this tour based on reviews from past travelers, which I found to be inaccurate after my own travel experience. I wanted to provide details that should help others and tour operators to consider. Out of all the travels I've done, this one put me under a lot of stress, required a significant amount of money, and demanded a considerable amount of effort. First of all, I appreciate all the tour guides; they are all fantastic and highly knowledgeable, shared all the details very clearly. Thank you, and impressed by your great job! I appreciate the communication from Tour Radar/Tourist Japan, who responded immediately and made the necessary steps and changes as I requested. Thank you, and I truly appreciate the attention and quick reply. Overall, this tour disappointed me and was definitely not worth the money I paid. Because I needed to take extra effort, money, and time. I do holiday travels for relaxation, not stressing. - The tour does not provide a transfer to the hotel and to the meeting point, which are ~40 min - 1hr. Literally, I need to use Uber/taxi, whatever. Otherwise, I am advised to use the subway, which I need to spend a week learning and understanding which stops and which way to take, all about the metro system. I needed to wait outside in the cold and dark, crowded (where the tour ended), after the tour ended for a cab to arrive. The Japanese people are very kind and considerate. Glad to meet such a humble people/drivers (who are caring and explaining to us every single step to get a train ticket). -Night tour - was a little chaotic --- tour guide was so so good, can you imagine 4 hrs walking in the cold --- I didn't feel my feet after the tour. My son got sick. If it's summer, it'd be fine. I returned to the hotel around 10.30 pm. - The tour does not provide meals, at least a continental breakfast -- which is good or bad in a way. Tiring to figure out when I was late the day before due to the tour and find something in the morning...Thankfully, I packed some food. I definitely do not need to spend this much money on the tour, as I felt I was doing everything by myself. I hope the plan and schedule require some review to ensure the travelers are well cared for, especially those traveling all the way to enjoy and spend time in another country, rather than adding to their stress. I am sorry. I really wanted to take this opportunity to share my comments. Thank you!Show more

  Overall, the individual tours were great. I realize you are a tour aggregator, but need to do a better job detailing out meeting places, using photos, etc, because all of your descriptions outside of one were extremely general on where and when to meet up with the tour guides. Also knowing what the tour company is you booked us with would be helpful, so we know who to look for.Show more
