I have booked a tour, but I was wondering if before we go if we would be given a rough draft of how much free time we have every day just so I can plan what to do?

Here's a quick look at the free time you'll have during the Snapshot Tokyo 4-Day tour so you can start planning ahead: Day 2: Free from approximately 3-6 pm Day 3: Free from around 1-4 pm (possibly a little later during the summer months). You'll also receive your full welcome pack and detailed itinerary about 30 days before your tour begins, so you'll have plenty of time to go over everything before the adventure starts.

Is it possible to extend my hostel stay one day before and one day after the tour?

We offer pre-night accommodation at the same hostel for $120AUD. We cannot book post-night accommodation directly, but can provide details for external booking.

We recommend visiting Disneyland pre or post tour as it takes the whole day. Pre-night accommodation at the first tour accommodation can be added during checkout.

Itinerary: A lot of seen both from the itinerary given and what we happened upon during the free time portions. Guide: Jordan was excellent, he was able to answer questions and kept dynamics light and friendly. The WhatsApp group he created and PhotoCircle made communication so much easier (and although I didn’t realise it, you could join the group about a week before the trip - which made answering any questions and clearing doubts easier too). Jordan’s overview of each day was very detailed and allowed us to know exactly what to prep for and when to be ready. He was friendly and helped us during free time as well to discover little hidden gems like book street. Overall Organisation: I wish more details were included in the itinerary posted online. It may also be useful to suggest to people to download offline Google maps to help conserve battery as this is used a lot throughout the days especially when organising free time and meet ups. Overall the organisation of the company was decent, other companies I have used and similar costs do offer more little details (like totes bags to enough sustainability) - but for a 4 day tour this was a great introduction to Japan!Show more
