Looking to visit Japan & do a tour in the middle of our trip

I have booked a tour, but I was wondering if before we go if we would be given a rough draft of how much free time we have every day just so I can plan what to do?

Here's a quick look at the free time you'll have during the Snapshot Tokyo 4-Day tour so you can start planning ahead: Day 2: Free from approximately 3-6 pm Day 3: Free from around 1-4 pm (possibly a little later during the summer months). You'll also receive your full welcome pack and detailed itinerary about 30 days before your tour begins, so you'll have plenty of time to go over everything before the adventure starts.

Is it possible to extend my hostel stay one day before and one day after the tour?

We offer pre-night accommodation at the same hostel for $120AUD. We cannot book post-night accommodation directly, but can provide details for external booking.

We recommend visiting Disneyland pre or post tour as it takes the whole day. Pre-night accommodation at the first tour accommodation can be added during checkout.

  We do have an age policy of 18-59 for our tours and as such, we have to follow our guidelines as per our tour requirements, meaning we are unable to accommodate guests who are over the age of 59.

  I don't actually eat fish or raw meat. I'm okay with fish sauce. I'm not quite a vegetarian but can be marked as vegetarian if needed.

  I am a wimp when it comes to spice. Any chance you will provide non-spicy options? I am also allergic to RAW Almonds and RAW Olives (olive oil and almond butter and milk are fine). I carry an EpiPen.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 16th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 16th, 2026, a minimum payment of $250 is required to confirm your booking with One Life Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and One Life Adventures will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
