Johannesburg to Hazyview
You'll touch down at Johannesburg Airport around 10 a.m., and a representative will greet you with details about what's ahead. After getting your rental car sorted, the drive to Hazyview takes roughly 435 km heading east. You'll arrive at your accommodation in the afternoon, giving you time to settle in before evening.

Hazyview to Hoedspruit - Guernsey Nature Reserve
Leave Hazyview this morning and head toward the Kruger National Park region, driving about 105 km to Guernsey Nature Reserve near Hoedspruit. Your lodge is right on the reserve's 25 hectares, so wildlife viewing starts practically from your door. Once you arrive, you can either kick back at the lodge or take off on your own game drive to see what you can spot.

Landmarks Guernsey Nature Reserve Kruger National Park - Day 3
Hoedspruit
Today focuses on Kruger National Park and hunting for the Big Five. You can go independently in your rental car, join a guided game drive in an open vehicle, or take a guided walking safari through Guernsey Nature Reserve if you want the optional experience. You'll cover around 200 km, and dinner back at the lodge wraps up the day. Breakfast and dinner included.

- Day 4
Hoedspruit to Karongwe Game Reserve
After breakfast, you'll drive roughly 120 km to Karongwe Game Reserve, timing it to arrive around early afternoon (2 p.m.). Check in at Chisomo Private Safari Camp for two nights. A guided game drive in an open vehicle happens this afternoon. All three meals are provided.

Karongwe Game Reserve
Your morning starts early with a game drive looking for the Big Five. After breakfast back at the lodge, you'll have time to enjoy the facilities and relax. In the afternoon, following tea and traditional cookies, you'll head out for another guided game drive. All meals included.

Karongwe Game Reserve to Ohrigstad
Start with an early morning game drive at Karongwe. After breakfast, you'll cover about 95 km toward Ohrigstad, and if weather cooperates, you can stop at God's Window and Bourke's Luck Potholes for scenic views along the way. Check into Iketla Lodge for the night. Breakfast and dinner included.

Hoedspruit to Johannesburg
After breakfast, get on the road back to Johannesburg, which takes around 350 km heading west. You'll return the rental car at the airport, wrapping up your road trip adventure.
