Calgary
You'll arrive in Calgary and check into your hotel. After settling in, the day is open for you to explore the city on your own. It's known for hosting the famous annual stampede, so there's plenty to see around town. Later in the afternoon, your tour guide will meet with you to go over what's coming up on the itinerary.

- Day 2
Calgary to Banff
Start with a city tour that includes the Calgary Tower, Fort Calgary, and the downtown business district with its tall skyscrapers. Then you'll head toward the Rocky Mountains using the Trans-Canada Highway. The drive covers about 260 km, and when you arrive in Banff National Park, an orientation tour helps you get oriented to the area and what's around you.

- Day 3
Banff
This day is yours to do as you like. There's an optional full-day excursion available if you're interested. It takes you to Lake Louise, where the water has that famous turquoise color and you'll see the glacier right there. From there, you head up the Icefields Parkway through wild mountain terrain to Columbia Icefield, where you board an Ice Explorer vehicle to get out onto the surface of the Athabasca Glacier. You'll be back by late afternoon.

- Day 4
Banff to Kamloops
Today you'll travel along the Trans-Canada Highway, a route that dates back to 19th-century railroad engineers and fur traders. You cross the Kicking Horse Pass into British Columbia and enter Yoho National Park. The scenery includes ice fields, deep canyons, thick forests, and glacier-fed streams. Later you'll pass through Glacier National Park and cross the Monashee and Selkirk mountain ranges before reaching Kamloops. The drive is about 490 km.

Whistler
You'll drive through ranchland as the landscape shifts toward coastal mountains, and the terrain changes pretty dramatically along the way. There's an option to take a scenic seaplane flight over Garibaldi Park if you're interested, where you can see volcanic peaks, alpine lakes, and meadows from the air. After that, the rest of the day is yours to relax and do whatever you'd like. You'll stay overnight at The Listel Hotel Whistler.

Vancouver
Head south on the Sea-to-Sky Highway, which takes you through rugged fjords and past glaciated mountain peaks. Once you reach Vancouver, a guided tour covers Stanley Park, Prospect Point, English Bay, historic Gastown, and Chinatown. In the afternoon, you have free time to wander around the city more on your own. By evening, there's plenty of nightlife to explore if you want to get out. You're staying at Sandman Hotel Vancouver Downtown.
