Awful like I said. I agreed to a Lodge stay as what I booked and paid way over the odds for, turned out, as you say, to not be available at last minute notice. What was I supposed to do? Fly home? I had paid nearly £3000 for this awful "tour". I was badgered to pay £100 to the other tour guide, apparently £50 as a tip was not enough. That is a salary not a tip. To wait 5 months for a response to my initial review says it all. Avoid because these trips are mis-sold and over-priced and the sarcastic end to your response with warmest wishes or such nonsense has spurred me on to make a small claims summons through the European courts to claim my money back from Tour Radar. Have a good season!Show more

Terrible. I never got what I booked after finding out the group tour was going to be just me with a guide in the jungle on our own for several nights. It was changed to a supposed group tour staying in a lodge and doing day trips but that was just 5 of us with an inexperienced guide who just chatted in Portuguese with his favourite client, took us to a bar to buy beer twice, to look around a new hotel because his favourite client is a travel agent and wanted to see it, took us to a local family where we just saw turtles in a bucket and fruit trees. A bit about casava prepping. That was it so I changed to another guide by myself, joined his group and paid him for a better time. I didn't get to camp in the jungle nor see rubber trees or half the items on the agenda. As already stated I'll be seeking a substantial refund on my return. These tours are over-priced and totally over-rated. Book with a local company in the country of choice.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 10th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 10th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Nattrip. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
