The tour I took just now in Dec. 2025 was 3-day Iguazu Falls from Rio which is no longer offered. The supplier Etours was very responsive both before and during the tour making sure things were happening according to what we needed. There were a few things they (Daria and team) helped us to find alternate ways to make sure our needs were accommodated. The most impressive is that they responded to one of the situations right away when I email them and make it right. I am thankful the way they responded instantly when things were not happening as planned. There was good communication by whatsapp from each driver before the pickup. It was certainly a wonderful tour and we enjoyed it very much! The 10 day-tour was very well organized and the tour plan was greatly implemented. The tour organizers showed capability of solving unexpected issue (transfer driver no show at EZE airport) quickly and efficiently. The tour guides and transfer drivers we met at the tour showed good professionalism and kindness, particularly, we would like to send many thanks to two outstanding tour guides, Juliana (Buenos Aires) and Jim (Iguazu Falls). We really appreciated the time together with them respectively. One suggestion: you may consider to add a customized optional tour to let travelers see some attractions in Rio downtown area. In that case, travelers don't have to go to the area on their own and take some personal safety risk.
