- Day 1
Eberbach
You'll arrive in Eberbach and board MS Elbe Princesses II at 6 p.m. After getting settled in your cabin, there's a welcome cocktail where you'll meet the crew, then dinner follows. The evening is yours to wander around this medieval city on your own, checking out the half-timbered buildings, old fountains, and fortifications scattered throughout.

Neckar River to Heidelberg
The ship cruises the Neckar River starting this morning, passing by vineyards and small villages including Hirschhorn, Neckarsteinach, and Neckargem mund. You'll reach Heidelberg by early afternoon where you can either tour Heidelberg Castle and the old city or just take free time to explore on your own. The night is spent docked in Heidelberg.

Heidelberg to R uesheim
After leaving Heidelberg in the morning, the cruise heads toward Ruesheim via both the Neckar and Rhine rivers, passing through historic towns like Mainz and Bingen. You'll arrive mid-afternoon with several options: ride a tourist train and do a wine tasting, visit Siegfried's Mechanical Music Cabinet, or hike through vineyards to the Niederwald Monument. Later, head to Drosselgasse where the cafes and bars keep things lively into the evening.

The morning brings a cruise through the Rhine Valley and Moselle River, with castles and old ruins visible from the water along with vineyards on both sides. You'll pass the Lorelei Rock before arriving in Koblenz early afternoon. If you're interested, explore the city itself or take the funicular up to Ehrenbreitstein Fortress for views across the region. The evening is free to do what you like.

Optional activities include a guided tour inside Reichsburg Castle or a hike that takes you through the town and into the surrounding forest.

This day is mostly spent on the water as the ship cruises the Moselle toward Trier, arriving in the evening. You can relax on deck and watch the river landscape unfold around each bend. You'll stay overnight in Trier.

Trier to Saarbr uck en
Start the morning exploring Trier's Roman and medieval history through a guided tour, or stay on board if you prefer. After lunch, the cruise heads out again on the Moselle and Saar Rivers, passing the dramatic Saarschleife near Mettlach. There's an optional treetop walk if you're interested in a different perspective from 137 feet up. You'll reach Saarbrucken in time for a gala dinner on the ship.
