Many of the entrance fees on the tour are not included (as I read the description). How will those costs be collected (at each site? all at once in advance?)? Will there be a different guide at each location?

If my flight lands at 3am on the first day of tour, would there be a guide there to pick me up? I'm traveling solo, so I would only be able to go if someone from the company picked up and took me to the hotel.

For my departing flight at the end of the tour, im looking at one that departs at 9:30AM, would I be able to make it?

For this tour, the guided visits and sightseeing are included in the itinerary, but the entrance tickets are not included in the tour price. What does GEM mean and how does your cruise really work?

The GEM stands for the New Grand Egyptian Museum. The cruise is a 5 Star Standard Nile cruise (Full-Board Meals Included). All cabins have a private bathroom, air-conditioned and have a large panoramic ultra violet window. There are on the cruise a swimming pool, Gymnasium, Laundry service, Bar, SPA and restaurant. The Nile cruise will be M/S Reinassance or similar.

Do you have departures after 22 April and before 27 April? For example 25 or 26 April?

The ship that we had the cruise was new, clean and had a great variety of food for breakfast lunch and dinner! The guide, Abdou, that we had in the pyramids and Gem was extremely knowledgeable! He explained everything in depth! The guide that we had during the cruise was very helpful to whatever we needed! And of course the drivers that had clean and modern cars and vans (don’t take that for granted in Egypt) and were always polite! And of course a special thanks to big Mo who was always there to help and guide us! The only drawback that I can think of is the tipping culture, but that is a general phenomenon in Egypt! Our 7-day Cairo and Nile cruise with Nourbelle Tours was a great experience, and I’d rate it 5/5. The itinerary gave us a great mix and we got to see a lot of sites. It was definitely a busy tour, but that’s exactly what we wanted, maximum value and as much as possible packed into one trip. We had two excellent guides throughout the trip. Abdul led us in Cairo and took us to the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum; he was great, with deep knowledge and a clear, engaging style. During the Nile cruise, we were with Medhat, who was also very good and kept everything running smoothly on board and ashore. Both tours felt very well organised, and having a guide to navigate the hustle and explain the sites made all the difference. On the Nile cruise, the food was really good, it was a full buffet style with plenty of variety. The cabin was good, clean and comfortable, but nothing luxurious. All the attractions were fantastic. Another good part of our trip with was having Big Mo as our on the ground organiser. He handled everything for us, accommodations, transfers, guides, tickets, and flights. Because the itinerary unfolded day by day, we didn’t have all the flight details until the day before each transfer. That might sound stressful, but with Big Mo it never felt like that. He kept us informed and everything went very, very smoothly throughout the whole trip. If you’re on a tour and Big Mo is your coordinator, you’re in good hands. In Cairo when you first arrive you have a briefing with Big Mo and go over the itinerary and pay for the entrance fees ($165usd) and group Tips ($70usd). This is for the drivers and cruise staff so you don’t have to worry about tipping throughout the tour. All tips were covered except for the two guides and big Mo, which made it very easy. If you’re looking for a full-on, sight-rich Egypt experience, this package is a great choice.Show more

I wouldnt recommend paying exrta to go to the Nubian Village or the horse and carriage City Tour. The food on the trip wasnt great. Overall it was a great trip and I'd recommend it. If you're looking for feedback for improvements: I felt a little awkward in the first meeting when arriving. We had a long travel day and it was late at night and we were being asked to pay for additional entrance fees and tips and optional tours, that we really hadn't decided on yet, so that was added stress. The very early morning departure times were a surprise to me, I didn't expect to wake up sometimes at 430am to get on a tour. Also, I think the flights we had were not timed well, we got done on the last day, with our last tour before noon and our flight was not until like 830pm (which was delayed an hour so it didn't leave until even later), so we had to hang out on the cruise boat for like 6 hours waiting. So, it would have been nice to have an earlier flight rather than wait around that long without a room to shower or relax in. Everything else was great. The first tour guide we had in Giza was really great about helping us not get bombarded by people trying to sell us stuff, so that was comforting and supportive. He did a wonderful job navigating us through the pyramids and GEM museum, you could tell he knew his material and was interested in it.Show more

There was overall confusion about the "tip jar" being told it's for all tips when putting into it and then being told later what it doesn't include. The trip was fast and furious, not a lot of downtime if you sign up for the extras. Overall consensus about the extra/unexpected stops was that they were not necessary and people would rather have spent that time either shopping where they wanted or back on the boat having down time. One suggestion is to do the GEM tour on a separate day without anything else scheduled. we would have liked to have spent more time there. We all had a wonderful time and learned a great deal about ancient Egypt.Show more

Visa
- Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 28th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 28th, 2026, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Nourbelle Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Nourbelle Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Nourbelle Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
- TourRadar is an authorized Agent of Nourbelle Tours. Please familiarize yourself with the Nourbelle Tours payment, cancellation and refund conditions.
