Arusha
You'll arrive at Arusha Airport where your guide meets you for the transfer to your hotel. Once you've checked in, your guide walks through the safari details and safety measures, and you'll talk about what wildlife you're hoping to see during the trip.

Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you'll drive about three hours to Ngorongoro Conservation Area and head into the crater itself. You'll see zebras, wildebeests, black rhinos, lions, hyenas, elands, and gazelles throughout the day. Lunch happens at Ngoitokitok hippo spring, then you exit through Lake Makati where you can spot various bird species before reaching camp.

Serengeti National Park
Following breakfast, the drive to Serengeti National Park takes around two and a half hours. Out on the park you'll look for buffaloes, lions, cheetahs, leopards, zebras, and impalas. The group has a picnic lunch in the open plains, then you stay out long enough to catch the sunset before heading back to camp for dinner and a fire.

Serengeti National Park
You'll continue game drives through the Serengeti savannah spotting more wildlife and taking in the landscape. If you're interested, there's an option to add a balloon safari over the plains for an extra fee and see things from above. Back at camp you'll have dinner and settle in for the night.

Serengeti to Zanzibar
Get an early breakfast in the Serengeti, then drive about five hours back to Arusha. From there you'll fly to Zanzibar where you can relax on the beaches, try local food, and swim in the clear water.

Zanzibar

Zanzibar Departure
