  I am looking to book a 9-10 day tour for 3 people. I am from the US, my fiancé is coming from Algeria and our male friend is coming from Morocco. My concern is if we will have trouble with my fiancé and I staying together in a room. Also, very important, I am concerned about the two men entering the country due to the visas. Do you help with getting through customs using the option with being part of a tour group? Does this require they have a visitors visa ahead of time?

    In general Moroccan passport holders require a visa and have to apply to their local consulate to get one, sometimes if they have current visas/residency from the US, UK, Schengen area, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Japan can obtain a visa upon arrival in Egypt. Algerian passport holder must apply for a pre authorised visa in a consulate or embassy depending on where they are resident. As for the room distribution I would recommend booking a room for the two males and a single for yourself, once checked in you can decide on how to organise yourselves.

  I'm looking at your Mysteries of Egypt tour. A couple of questions: 1-What hotels would you be using in Cairo? 2-What ship do you use for the Nile cruise portion and how many people would be onboard? 3-Does this tour visit Kom Ombo Temple?

    The Mysteries Tour includes 5 star standard hotels in Cairo, for example Sonesta Cairo, Renaissance or similar and Nile cruise Chateau Lafayette / Alyssa or similar.
    
    All these visits with Egyptologist: Pyramids of Giza, Sphinx, Temple of the Valley, Saqqara, Memphis, Alexandria with lunch, Temples of Karnak & Luxor, Valley of the Kings, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, Colossi of Memnon, Temples of Kom Ombo & Edfu, Temples of Abu Simbel, High Dam, Granite quarry and Unfinished Obelisk, Temple of Philae and Felucca Ride. GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum), Citadel, Alabaster Mosque, Coptic Quarter and Bazaar

  Is it possible to schedule this tour beginning on or after few days after December 21, 2026? I may be able to schedule 2 more people.

    The Mysteries of Egypt tour normally starts on a Friday as the programme includes Alexandria and in order to visit the library which is open from sunday to thursday only we have to do this visit on a Sunday as this is what the schedule permits.
    
    However we could do the following which would be as follows
    
    22 dec arrival in Cairo and overnight
    23 Dec Full day Pyramids Memphis and Sakkara overnight
    24 Dec Full Day Alexandria overnight
    25 Dec Full Day GEM museum and Medieval Cairo
    26 Dec Travel to Luxor and start the cruise.
    26th dec to 30th dec cruise with all indicated visits in the itinerary
    30th to 31st dec Cairo
    31st dec departure
    
    so it would include the same amount of nights in Cairo just the order of the visits would be slighlty different to accomodate the tour of Alexandria
    
    As it is Christmas period there is obviously a supplement for this period however I believe if we managed to book this far in advance we would be able to book the rooms without the normal surchage and keep the sales price as indicated at 1956 USD per person in double + the mandatory tips for the cruise at 60 USD. If the group were to be at least 6 people we would also run it in private for you at no extra cost.

    we are not sure if we are up for the long plane rides with at least 3 changes of planes each way

    We do fully understand the complications of getting to Egypt and yes the idea of taking 3 flights sounds a lot to deal with. While we dont provide the international flights we could perhaps help with checking alternative routes for you and we are quite happy to adapt our itineraries if there is a different day of arrival that makes the journey less stressful.
