- RBRobert· December 15th, 2025Good tour if you speak fluent Spanish. Tour is advertised as bilingual, English and Spanish. All but one guide spoke both languages, but reality is only about 70% of Spanish narrative was actually translated overall into english, and no narrative was translated in one panoramic city tour. It is very unfortunate that tour operator will not tell you about your hotels until shortly before trip. I asked 4 weeks beforehand and was told info was not available. I got same response 2 weeks before tour start. This was important to me because while all hotels were all clean, on two locations hotels were too far away from city center or anything of note. This meant you spent too much valuable time getting to and from anything interesting...not a good use of your valuable vacation time. If you speak fluent Spanish and are able to confirm your hotels are attractively located, your your overall experience will be better than mine.Show moreTrip date: November 2025

He explained to me 'in broken English" that the company put him on this tour to to exclusively look after a Spanish a group. The whole tour will be spoken in Spanish.
